They not only stocked the item I wanted, (Coffee Mate Liquid creamer snickers flavour 32 fl oz size which is now not widely available anywhere on line) but it arrived in only 2 days. I will definitely use them again and hope they continue to stock this item I love so much. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

I would like to reassure you that every mystery box we send contains more than the advertised retail value. We don't estimate this manually — every item placed into a mystery box is scanned, and our in-house software calculates the total value before the box is completed to ensure it meets or exceeds the promised amount.
We maintain full digital accountability of the contents of every mystery box, both for stock control and to ensure customers receive the correct value.
Of course, value can sometimes be subjective, especially with imported products where individual item prices may differ from what customers personally expect or would choose themselves. However, there is a difference between personal preference and actual retail value. While we appreciate that not every item will appeal to every customer, the retail value of the products included will always exceed the value advertised for the box.
If you'd like us to investigate further, please contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to review the contents that were packed into your specific mystery box. We retain a full digital record of every mystery box packed and would be happy to verify the contents and value with you.

Sweet/Drink Import Gold Standard
This website is the *de facto* go-to for foreign sweets/drinks. Not only do they have a wide selection of stuff to choose from, but their prices are downright reasonable! It'll still cost you a pretty penny (as most import sites will do for obvious reasons), but compared to other sites? You're absolutely getting more bang for your buck with Candymail.
I've only ever had one problem with one item being slightly out of date, and their response to my message about it was near immediate, and they rectified the problem with no hassle on my end.
Everything I've received apart from that one item that slipped through the cracks has had plenty of time before its best by/use by, and has been intact with no damage. For those of you after glass bottles like me, their packaging is fantastic; you can guarantee there'll be no spills.
Delivery time is great, they don't muck you about like other sites do.
Combine all that with a loyalty program, and free sweets/delivery when you go over certain price thresholds? This site is several steps ahead of the curve when compared to its competitors. It does what a lot of them fail to do - feel real, like it's actually run by a real person who isn't out to scam you. Can you tell I've had bad experiences with other sites?
They have my loyalty.
