I ordered stacking boxes for my 1 year…
I ordered stacking boxes for my 1 year old grandson but the outer boxes which stores the cubes was tatty. Looks like it had been on display in a store. The cubes inside lucky looked brand new

I am delighted with my experience with Celebrations and Toys. I ordered a jellycat as a present for my niece, the one she wanted just so happened to be sold out absolutely everywhere and then 3 days before her birthday I stumbled across it on the C & T website. I left a message about the urgency with my order and the lovely Tilly sent me a message to say they had upgraded my parcel to 1st class to make sure it arrives on time. And it did!!! So so happy, lovely service :) Thank you guys :)

Not received my order
Not received my order as it mlwas for multiple sand animals but you only had 2 designs I didn't want duplicate. You were really good and fast at calling me and as you said I chose to cancel the order but I am still waiting on a refund.

As per our phone conversation you wanted us to cancel your order while you thought about if you wanted to reorder different products. At your request the order was cancelled the day after you placed the order (the same day as the telephone conversation). You would have received an email detailing this.

Lovely store!
My daughter wanted a Jellycat reindeer for her Christmas present. I looked around shops and online but all sold out! Amazon had a few stock but the price was double! I finally found this lovely store and they had the Jellycat Reindeer at normal price! The Parcel arrived very promptly and every single items were bubble wrapped and snuggled in a clean cardboard box. I am so grateful to find this store!!
