Fantastic experience. Ordered a stretchy lizard online but forgot to add a note about the colour preference. When the product arrived in a different colour, the little one was sad (especially he had lost the previous one before and this order was a replacement!). Called up Celebrations and Toys and explained the problem. The lady who answered the phone asked me to post the product back so they would ship the other one. As promised, the alternative arrived today and it made the little one's day. Amazing customer service, thank you!

I love this shop. The prices are always a little below the retail on their Jellcat’s and the selection is great, so many! They have a loyalty scheme which is fantastic. Not many shops reward you for spending money with them, so it’s nice to be recognised. The customer service is great and they’re always so helpful and friendly. They also always have all the new Jellycat’s. Highly recommend.
