Purchased a candle as a gift for my…

Purchased a candle as a gift for my boyfriend. I had to make sure his mom didn’t see it, lol, but he loved it and definitely got a kick out of the message on it! We haven’t lit it yet, because we had company for the holidays, but can’t wait to! Highly recommend!

Well you completely take advantage of…

Well you completely take advantage of people who think your candles are a lot bigger than they are on your website. They are tiny. I received mine and immediately thought these were just a joke of a candle. Be ashamed cause I was embarrassed to give it as a gift.

Interesting review. We can’t actually match this to any real order — not by name, date, or details. So if this is creative writing, points for imagination.

If you did order from us:
The candle size is listed very clearly on the product page. In fact, it’s shown multiple times — in the description, in the specs, and even on a product image with exact measurements. We went out of our way to make sure no one has to guess.

If reading isn’t part of the pre-purchase routine, surprises can happen. That said, we also offer a 30-day free return, which would have solved this situation instantly. That information is listed too.

Our candles aren’t secretly shrinking in transit, and we don’t sell optical illusions. They are exactly the size we say they are — before checkout, not after disappointment.

Embarrassing gift situations are unfortunate — but they’re not caused by hidden information on our website. They’re caused by not reading what’s clearly stated and then reacting with maximum outrage instead of minimum effort.

We stand by our product, our transparency, and the assumption that customers read before they buy.

Great Customer Service!

My order did not arrive on time. I contacted the Candle Guy and got a response right away. The original shipment had been lost through no fault of his. He sent a replacement shipment out immediately. Great customer service! And the candle smells wonderful, as well!
