Great customer advice and service. Shipping was quick and item arrived safely.

What can I say this company is absolutely awesome to work with!! I emailed them questions, about the fan I was wanting to buy. And they answered very fast and answered every question I had. I ordered the fan. When I got it and opened it the housing was cracked! I emailed them pictures and gave them a call. And they sent me a brand new fan no questions asked. And I had it with in the same week. And the broken fan, she said just keep it for parts. Outstanding customer service! I would recommend this company to anyone. If you are wondering if you should buy a product from this company dont hesitate just buy it!!!

I was trying to order a ceiling fan online. For some reason, possibly my 15 year old computer, I had no luck. So I got on the phone and called Cast Antlers. A very knowledgable , helpful lady, whose name I don’t remember, sorry, got it taken care of for me! Thank you very much!

I had always thought that an antler chandelier would be out of my price range. The 12 antler chandelier that I purchased is beautiful and very well made and looks amazing in our home. The price was amazingly affordable for a chandelier that is this good and well built.

The products are nicer than expected. Service has been great. The packaging needs a little improvement to prevent shipping nicks.

The antler chandelier I ordered came very well protected to prevent any shipping damage and the antlers looked very realistic. Looking forward to hanging it up in my big game room!

We ordered a fan from here. Once installed it wouldn’t work. When my husband called, he was informed they don’t take returns once they are opened. How do you know something doesn’t work without opening it. He told them the remote controller was defective. Once removed the fan worked. We had to by a wall switch to be able to use the fan. There were other issues too. I don’t recommend using this company. They were not helpful fixing problems and we had to pay extra to use the fan.

From ordering online , to shipping in a very timely manner, customer service was fantastic. Product of antlers and design was extremely well represented in the website photos.

The installed fan and lights look awesome and really add great character to my office.

Quality of product was well worth the money and the light arrived in a timely manner. This same light was shown on other sites for more money.

Got it ordered got it delivered so fast it was great! The ceiling fan is so authentic and lodge look is cozy with the lamp shades, directions to put it together are a little hard but it's so beautiful and worth it in the end, packaged good too it got here safely. I won't never regret buying that! It adds to our decor.
