We have waited and waited in the rain. We are soaked and our luggage too. Two bus drivers have each told us 5 minutes.
We went to the desk and they were unable to tell us we when our bus would arrive. We landed at 7.30pm.
With two children and myself in pain from my cancer we decided we could not wait any longer so are taking a taxi instead.. We have requested a full refund.

Herman made the transfer really simple. He was on time, carried our cases to and from the taxi. He was pleasant and friendly. Great service. The transfer was from El Cotillo to the airport with one pick up in Corralejo.

Our transfer from the hotel to the airport was absolutely perfect and a stress-free experience. From the moment Kata arrived right on time, everything was handled with professionalism and great care. Our driver was Viviana for our private transfer from Gran Canaria airport to our hotel. Viviana was very welcoming, polite and her driving was excellent. Great comfy and very clean Mercedes car. Viviana is a great asset to the team.
