The convenience of a camper made our 3 month hire so easy. Canadreams gave us a well equipped vehicle with all the bells and whistles, heaps of room for storing our ski gear in the back too. The shower was surprisingly good for a 6ft guy and a full fridge/freezer was a bonus. The service before and while on tour was outstanding. It’s what I call SERVICE. Thanks for making it a forever positive experience, fully recommend canadreams, THANKYOU

Great campers and all went well. Took quite a long time before we could drive when collecting the camper. But the delivery process went very smooth, also because we chose for the Drop and Go option.

Pickup was pretty seamless, Daria was amazing, so cheerful and knowledgable. Trip was uneventful. Return was again pretty seamless. Worth mentioning, There were a couple of minor issues, which did not impact our trip. Your team did what I frequently see in the retail and service industries - ask if everything was OK, when I say no, there was a minor issue with connecting to the Bluetooth, they briefly acknowledged it, but there was no action. Home Depot cashiers are renowned for asking if you found everything you were looking for today, and when you say No, the smile and say Have a good day. But our experience and value were really 5 star all the way.

This is the second time we’ve hired an RV from Canadream . The first two years ago and everything was perfect . This time round was again a good experience but we found a few things let it down .
To start the pillows were unusable . They were like bit of material just thrown into a pillow bag. This was really not good as we had three weeks in this RV and had to make our own up with our down jackets and I suffer with a bad neck anyway . The frying pan on the first night when I went to grab it on the gas heater completely burned my hand and I had to apply cold water and cream and had a few blisters come up . This should have been mentioned before hand because if a child had touched it , it could have been an even worse incident. It was such a cheap pan and the pan didn’t get hot quickly but the handle scolding hot quickly .The roof bolts came undone on the air vent going down the highway and was flapping everywhere and I had to replace them at the first campsite . If the air vent guard had come off completely it would have hit another car and could have caused an accident . The mirror in the bathroom was only good to see in if you were 5ft 7 or taller , for me not a problem but my wife is 5ft 3 and couldn’t use it and there was no other mirror inside the camper . Little things that could help , nets on front of fridge or ledges to stop drinks and food flying everywhere . A bin inside would be good. Not all the charging points worked and the ones in the bedroom not at all . The chairs you are given but have to hire are extremely small and I had to buy two adult size ones myself .
The holiday was fantastic and no issues with the drive of the vehicle or mechanical side .
Myself I made a huge mistake on my map and went 15 hours in wrong direction which was my fault as I originally had a slightly different root plan but changed it and forgot to change it on my satnav planner BUT I was expecting to get an extra bill of over £400 for the extra km . Like I said that was my fault but thought there could be a bit of leeway in the price specially with the things that I’ve mentioned in the above that were not adequate.
I did express everything in the above when dropping off the RV and didn’t get much sympathy and was told an Australian company had bought them out and the quality of the interior furnishings were not as good anymore . They did say I had to put this all in writing to you .
Like I said earlier we still had a great holiday and overall experience was good and I would use Canadream again but I would also contact your competitor’s and compare next time around .
Aaron

We had a really nice vacation using their motorhome for almost 20 days travelling all around BC. The motorhome was almost new and everything worked great. Our unit was in very good condition. We had to purchase a toaster and an axe along the way as they were not supplied. The fridge was big with a nice big freezer! I was pleasantly surprised and happy about that :) Service and pickup/drop-off was efficient. I would recommend Canadream.

The contract was at a fair price. The Camper Van was reliable and adequately equipped. The information before departure was a bit chaotic. I would have liked it better if i could choose a smaller CV, as i did not have any experience driving such a big vehicle and the cost of petrol was high. There was third party damage on the vehicle and the procedure is still running. How it is handled by your company will also affect my experience.

This is our second time renting from CanaDream and third time renting a camper van for a road trip, so we know a bit about camper vans that I can tell you we were quite disappointed with the quality and service with this camper van. Supplies was inadequately prepared, with items missing from their list. The interior of the camper was quite poorly maintained (dented fridge, cracked dashboard and windshield). Also, the the floorboard was dusty with the previous renters' snack bits and hair (!!!) when we first got the van. The driving of the car also had quite a few issues; numerous times it had a faulty tire sensory signal (can't detect front right tire pressure), back up cameras not reverting to Driving mode and reverse sensor stopped working properly at one point, in addition, the hand brake needed to be pushed and lifted at a certain angle. If everything happened on its own, it wouldn't have been much of a problem. BUT when they ALL happened on the same trip within a few days, that was rather stressful, when all we wanted to do was to have a little relaxing getaway.

The reception was great, but we were disapointed that the frontchairs didn"t turn and that the sunscreen was blocked with tiewraps.
We expected that those items would work, so there's more comfort when you have a rainy day.

Everything went well. Professional transaction and service. When we had questions they were available and helped.
Two suggestions for improvememts:
Why not 4 cups, 4 glasses, 4 plates instead of only 2 of each? The scope of the kitchen equipment was fully complete but the amount of the mentioned parts could have been more. Plus 2 wine glasses ?
The user manuel was not up to date and did not describe the obviously newer control elements inside the vehicle.

Overall great experience. Very good checkin (thanks Ally) and overview of the campervan features (TC A Maxi Camper). Checkout good too. Our truck (Ford Super Duty F350 pick up with camper on the back) was pretty much brand new and a dream to drive. Cant fault the experience-thank you!

Unfortunately, our experience with CanaDream fell well short of expectations, and I feel it is important that the company understands the extent of our disappointment.
The primary issue was that the RV we received was not configured as advertised. The layout differed significantly from the vehicle shown in your promotional material, and the slide-out bed featured a join directly in the centre of the mattress, making it extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable for an extended holiday.
A second major issue arose from the treatment of our travelling companions. They had booked the same 24-foot camper as we had, and we had planned and pre-booked all of our campsites accordingly. Upon collection, they were informed that the only option available was a 32-foot vehicle, presented as an “upgrade,” despite being told they would not receive a vehicle otherwise. This was not an upgrade in any practical sense. Not only were several key functions in the vehicle inoperative, including the generator, but the larger size meant that many of the campsites we had reserved could no longer accommodate their vehicle. As a result, both families were forced to change accommodation plans at short notice and move to serviced sites, incurring significant additional costs that could have been avoided.
Furthermore, the 32-foot vehicle's generator failure meant our companions had to rely on our camper for power throughout the trip, creating further inconvenience and impacting the experience we had planned.
The vehicle allocated to me also had a noticeable exhaust flange leak from the engine, causing excessive noise under acceleration and, in my opinion, significantly increased fuel consumption. In addition, the vehicle was supplied with only slightly more than a quarter tank of fuel. Despite returning it with more than half a tank remaining representing approximately $150 worth of fuel I was still charged for an additional 68 kilometres. Many of these kilometres were incurred while searching for alternative campsites due to the issues created by CanaDream's vehicle allocation decisions.
Finally, I found your website difficult to navigate and use, which only added to the frustration of the overall experience.
We invested considerable time and money planning this trip, and we chose CanaDream based on the expectation that the vehicles and services provided would match those advertised. Unfortunately, the discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered, combined with the operational issues and additional costs we incurred, resulted in a holiday that was far less enjoyable than it should have been.
I trust this feedback will be taken seriously and reviewed by the appropriate management team, as the issues outlined above reflect significant shortcomings in both customer service and fleet management.

This has been one of my best rental experiences ever. Starting from online resources before we even picked up the vehicle to dropping off the vehicle everything was smooth and pleasant. The RV was well priced, truck was brand new (had 60km on the clock!) the camper was only a few years old and in perfect condition. All the equipment provided (linen kit, kitchen kit etc) was perfectly suitable for their purpose. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, start to finish. We had an amazing holiday with our first rental from CanaDream, it sure won't be our last.

Overall, we had a good experience with the RV and it was clean, comfortable, and performed well throughout our trip. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the pickup and drop-off schedule, which felt restrictive and seemed designed to encourage paying extra for additional time. Aside from that, the rental process was smooth and the RV met our expectations.

Great trip with our RV from Canadreams. Travelled nearly 4,000km in our 3 weeks in both main land and Vancouver Island, van was very comfortable and we didn't have any issues. Black water system is soooo easy and full service sites allow for black/grey water straight into sewer and city water means unlimited water! Great systems to have to make trip stress free. Staff were great at both pickup and drop off. We took out package that gave unlimited mileage, unlimited generator use and full insurance so we more or less walked out of van when we dropped it off, well worth it.

We are very satisfied with our 17-day trip with the RV. What we did miss were speakers in the back: when traveling with several people, the music could only be heard in the front of the cabin and not by the passengers. It was a shame that the window screens for the passengers are located exactly in the part of the window through which they look out, so when taking photos, you can see the screen in the pictures.
Otherwise, really very satisfied.

On the check in we weren't shown on how to use the TV. Wouldn't hurt to allow people more kilometres.

The handover was easy, quick and on time.
Peolple were kind.
Car was clean and well prepared.
Sadly we got only equipment for two, means only dishes for two.
The recommendation for the next supermarket was not good, as we faced with a Chines Supermarket T&T. Walmart was just around the corner.
Important info for next clients: Your credit card will be fully charged for the caution (5000 CAD) by CanaDream. Reimbursement will take uo to three days.
Suggestion for CanaDream: If a client rents a second RV after returning the first, please keep the caution until the return of the second RV. Makes it easier for the client.
