The entire experience was great from pick up to drop off. The RV was ready early which helped us get our show on the road and start our adventure. The vehicle was clean and had some things added that we didn't even expect such as a broom and pan, bucket, a roll of TP, scissors, a lighter, small dish soap and a sponge. We had half a tank of gas so we could get on the road right away as well. The orientation was thorough and the videos we watched helped as well. We didn't have any problems on the trip - aside from a small malfunction with the table, but we were eating on picnic tables for the most part anyways. Drop of was quick and maybe took 15 minutes. Look forward to doing this again.

Good RV's with everything we needed. We had a lovely time in Canada. Once standing on the CN Tower and the colors of Indian summer, a dream has come true.
The staff at Canadream in Toronto was also very nice and helpful. Thank you very much.

When she handed over the RV she was not very kind ether helpful. She was also not motivated to explain us the RV.
We also hat difficulties to understand her. She spoke to fast and to quit for us Swiss.

Very friendly and helpful. When bringing back within 10 minutes completed.
We will advise you to add a frying pan and a cassarole dish. We bought them.

We hired an SVC near new, clean and very well appointed.from Toronto . Bed so comfortable!
Pick up was efficient and took some time as expected. Drop off with the package was quick, but seemed fairly quiet time.
Advice on website excellent eg don’t plan to drive too far after pickup.
Plenty of additional storage.
Possibly could have benefited from an electrical extension - some provincial parks in Ontario needed creativity to connect….
An additional doormat would help to keep the interior clean , ? Hooks or space for trash would also help

Excellent rental with everything you need and friendly customer service. My family and I really enjoyed our first RV experience and will be renting from this company again. The RV is very clean which was very important and everything worked as it should. The RV was quite new as well which is a bonus. Nobody wants to travel in a old and dirty rig

Great RV, Great service!

Calgarys staff was easy to deal with and very patient as we booked our holiday. We made several changes in our plans at different times and it was never a problem.
When we picked up the rv in Toronto we were greated like old friends. The vehicle was ready to go when we arrived and we did the vehicle inspection with a very friendly and informative staff member. During the trip a couple little issues popped up, but nothing to stop us. When we returned the rv we were greated with the same friendly staff. I informed them of the issues that I noticed,and they were greatfull for the information so it could be fixed before it went out again
I would recommend Canadream to anyone. Great vehicles and excellent staff.

Best way to travel if you can afford it! Everything you need is with you, for a home base no matter where you end up along the way. Only complaint was that the generator was not working but we brought our own and managed just fine. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

new RV, No transfer to and from Airport

Really enjoyed the Truck Camper rental. While we ran into a couple small challenges the Canadream team was responsive and gave great advice on what to do. Would rent from here again for sure.
