Booking was easy. The pre-pick up notes, tutorials and planning advice was excellent, and the customer service and staff interactions were effortless on collection and drop off days. Oh and the RV was amazing!

The RV was nearly new! A great time in a reliable car. The pick up in Halifax and drop off in Toronto was quite short. The employees were very friendly and explained everything well. There was a little problem with the water heating system in the car but they solved it very soon and it didn’t matter during our trip. Great time and hostage with CanaDream. Thanks for a wonderful time in Canada!

Pick-up time and return time is very limited and both days are more or less lost although a full day need to be payed. We had a late flight and it is really difficult with all the luggage till a check-in at the airport is possible.
We had a broken WP at the RV and a repair would have helped us a lot, however parking overnight at Canadream was not allowed although Montreal is very limited in regards to parking acc. to the contract. All that would have cost us an extra day of our vacation and we decided not to repair the WP and took more expensive campsites with citywater instead.
In summary, Canadream is not very flexible.

We took a saver 6 for 3 weeks to visit multiple Ontario Provincial Parks—spectacular!
The service at Canadream at booking, pick-up and drop-off was smooth and excellent.

We’ve rented from Canadadream several times and their customer service is top notch. However the actual trailer we got this time around was much smaller than we had anticipated. There was no pop out and a lot of the latches for the under storage didn’t work properly.

Still a fun trip but the trailer itself wasn’t up to the standard we typically get from them.

The staff in Halifax and Toronto were very professional. The motor home had no mechanical issues

Nice experience

In general a lovely experience. The RV was clean and a lovely vehicle to drive. However, the sewer hose had a hole in it, and so would leak in the compartment every time we had to use it.

Good organisation, friendly staff. The VR are in perfect condition. Road assistant and 24 hours services.

We particularly liked the fact that the motorhome was almost new and all the equipment was in mint condition. The service (instructions and return) was also excellent. We thought it was great how easy it was to return unused items.

Excellent service from the start with helping with the booking to the end they answered any questions. Excellent customer service team and the in person staff at the Ontario location were fantastic.

It is great RV trip for us. It is the first time we went to camping with the whole family in a RV. The RV equipped with all our needs in the trip, we have an enjoyable, unforgettable trip, made camping easier for us: just loading all the food and clothes, then we can go. 100% recommend to our friends.

the crews were very friendly and great experience with family was awesome. We had 6 people fitting in the RV and enjoy our trip for the long weekend.

Great experience and lovely people. Our motorhome was in a perfect condition.

The entire experience was great from pick up to drop off. The RV was ready early which helped us get our show on the road and start our adventure. The vehicle was clean and had some things added that we didn't even expect such as a broom and pan, bucket, a roll of TP, scissors, a lighter, small dish soap and a sponge. We had half a tank of gas so we could get on the road right away as well. The orientation was thorough and the videos we watched helped as well. We didn't have any problems on the trip - aside from a small malfunction with the table, but we were eating on picnic tables for the most part anyways. Drop of was quick and maybe took 15 minutes. Look forward to doing this again.
