We had a really great time, but...
We had a really great time! The Guys in the Office were very friendly, although we had a few points to argue about. We were able to stay calm and respectfull, thats the main thing!
If we keep our eyes on the RV there are a few little things to criticise: the mattress, it is absolutely Impossible to sleep on it without a topper or anything similar. It is so thin, an just lying on wood. We are only 40, but had backaching after a few hours. So we bought a topper ar wallmart.
The fridge is really in a bad quality, so it broke after a drive over a bumpy street. Which costs us about 800 CAD, because the plasticshelf in the door fell out when we opened it the next time and also the plasic hook ar the fridge door. This must not happen in a RV! Still arguing about this point.
What we really missed were some places to hang up the towels. No hooks or anything else... Where should we dry the wet towels? Maybe this would be am idea, to fix some hooks, maybe at the bathroomdoor?
But the were just really tiny things. In summary, we would always come again!

The RV was in perfect condition
The RV was in perfect condition. I had no probelms at all. The staff I dealt with were fantastic and the showed me complete operation.

Everything was great. Planning on a return visit.
Two minor issues:
1. The difference between potable and non potable water was not explained during the check in.
2. The faucet in the kitchen sink broke on first use.

Easy and efficient
Rental was super easy and pickup and drop off were quick. Highly recommend, saved us so much money!

Safety deposit and Pick up times
We didn' like Thatcher the safety deposit had been withdrawn from the Credit card Account, instead just blocking the amount. That lead to extra costs of more than 70 € (withdrawal and refund).
Furthermore we didn't like the late Pick up time (free of charge) on the first Day vice versa the extra costs of 100 CAN $ for an earlier pick up.

Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that, given the duration of each rental, our bank requires us to process the deposit rather than hold it. We hope that, despite this, you did enjoy your CanaDream experience and returned home with many happy memories.
Fun but super pricey $$$$$$$$
The RV rental was a wonderful family experience. We were pleased with the service we received when picking up our unit in Calgary. Having flown to Calgary, we had to outfit the RV with the living essentials that we "expected" would be in the unit. We were charged for everything from kitchen essentials to towels and blankets. These are the types of items that "should" be included in the already expensive process. We chose to drop off in a different location so there was a cost with that choice so we are not referencing this additional cost.
The 28foot RV handled very well for a larger vehicle. We were happy with the choice of unit we rented.
Overall, we will not be choosing to rent an RV again, not because of the negative experience but because of the unforeseen and costly additional expenses that we believed should be included into the original rental cost.

Hello Oliver. Thank you for your comments. Liability Deposits are collected at pick up based on the level of liability chosen by the Guest. As we are unable to simply place holds on the deposit, these are processed to the Guest's credit card and refunded back to the same card when the vehicle is returned undamaged.
Broken process and promises
We reserved the RV 8 Mo in advanced, at that time we’re told “Free use of the pots pans kitchenware package “ whelp through the excitement we forgot to ask for it I guess until at our campsite 2 hours away😞 , when we returned the unit we mentioned it and they didn’t take accountability. Instead blamed us for not asking for it. That’s NOT great customer service

We’ve reviewed the details of your booking and would like to clarify a few points. The package you selected did not include any complimentary extras, and our records indicate that the Kitchen Kit was not requested at the time of booking. As we record all communications, we are confident that the booking agent did not say there was "Free use of the pots pans ktichenware package". According to our notes, only the linen kits and liability reduction were added as optional extras, and the caller (noted as a friend of yours) mentioned that additional items might be added later. However, we did not receive any further instructions to include more.
Our team followed up with information about available travel extras two weeks after the booking, and the invoice sent to you clearly outlined all confirmed inclusions. As the Kitchen Kit was not among them, it was not added to your RV.
We understand how important clear communication is and are genuinely sorry for any confusion or disappointment this may have caused. While we cannot take responsibility for items not requested, we do appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our processes.
We truly hope you enjoyed your RV adventure and want to thank you for choosing to travel with us. It was a pleasure having you as our Guests.

Everything from pick-up to drop-off went very smoothly. The personnel were friendly and helpful, and the vehicle was well-kept and clean. Overall, it was a great experience—I would definitely rent from CanaDream again.
