From the very beginning of the process to when we dropped off the RV, everything was easy, intuitive and everyone we interacted with super helpful, polite and courteous.

CanaDream offers the greatest RVs. We had a great time with my brother visiting from New York. Actually, we had an accident on the way to returning the car, but thanks to the liability zero option the provide, everything went without problem. The staff members are also super kind, helpful, and fast. I'll definitely use CanaDream next time.

Easy pick up and drop off. Plenty of flexibility when our plans changed. The van was clean and well equipped

The RV was very functional and had everything we needed. It was easy to drive and maneuver, making our trip enjoyable. I highly recommend watching the CanaDream RV operation videos before starting your journey, as they provide helpful information on operating the vehicle and its systems.

We had such an amazing experience on our trip made easy with a RV rental from Canadream. The online booking process was straightforward as was the check in and pickup. The staff is top notch, friendly, courteous and very informed. They assisted a bit with recommendations for some stops. The RV was clean, spacious and modern and suited us for our trip very well. The drop off was just as easy as the pick-up. Spoke to other renters on our trip describing the same experience. A big thanks to the Calgary Canadream team.

pick up at 2:30 PM, return at 8:30 AM. Almost lost one day

We spent 2 weeks in a Canadream RV. It was a fantastic experience and we received a really nice RV that was completed to a high standard. Check in was easy and there is plenty of videos online if you've never done an RV before.
The only issue is the extortionate price and the fact you get no grace from them on anything. You pay extra for everything, bedding, chairs, kitchen utensils (don't get any wine glasses with that), to drive in America, to have a second driver... anything else you need other than the RV is not included... want to make sure you get the RV that you've actually paid for... that will cost more money too. Brought it back with 200km less on the clock than intended and < 2 hours generator use... you'd think they could maybe wave the generator charge given the milage was down and we had already spend thousands to this point... but no
We had an enjoyable time and the RV was good. But I would look elsewhere next time I plan an RV trip simply because of all the hidden costs that you don't see when they give you the initial quote.

The motorhome was not cleaned correctly. There was food bits on the floor under the kitchen table. We pointed this out on collection and was just shrugged off by your representative. This made us very nervous
about all cleaning standards and washed everything at our first stop.
We only had the basic crockery package, 2 plates, 2 cups, etc. Which meant we had to constantly wash up and you can't offer a drink to anyone you meet up with.
The van overall was adequate but tired.

Nothing to say. It was a beautiful dream!

When picking up the RV watch out for the extra charges for things you would expect to have as standard
Like plates / cups / plastic glasses / cutlery / a few pots / pans for cooking
But NO you don’t get any !
Bedding NO you don’t get any !
We even paid extra for a coffee maker and paid for coffee pods ** Don’t waste your money the coffee is poor coffee machine only made cold coffee no matter what you done ** you don’t even get toilet paper to start you out free of charge oh no !! you have to pre buy it !
You even have to pay extra for 4 camp chairs!! You hire a large 8 berth RV and you don’t even get 4 camp chairs as standard kit.
Also picked up the RV and drove it only about 15 miles and noticed later that day the toilet was leaking.
Because of the time had to stay in the area as office was now closed and we needed to take back the RV next day to get it repaired making my 7 Day hire only 6 useable days!! Luckily they managed to fix it within 2 hours of getting back to them, but between the time it takes to take it back and wait to get if fixed never mind the fuel lost the first day of our holiday.
No offer of compensation or even a free toilet roll !!
I would need to think long and hard before using the company again!!!
Poor poor poor and felt ripped off

We had a great trip with our CanaDream RV, and overall it was a rather good value for our vacation. Every single employee we interacted with throughout our journey was incredibly friendly. The rental van itself was clean and comfortable to travel in. However, we did notice that the privacy curtains were difficult to put up because there was very minimal velcro to hold them securely in place, and a few operational frustrations kept it from being a perfect 5-star experience.

Our pickup was slightly later than our scheduled window, which gave us a slow start to our vacation. When I asked if they could waive the toaster rental fee to make up for the delay, the employee agreed, but I was still charged for it anyway. I just paid it to avoid a debate and get moving.

The campervan was also sent out with only a 3/4 tank of gas. This is incredibly frustrating because it is very hard to return it at that exact level; it makes much more sense to always send rentals out full. Additionally, the individual upcharging felt excessive. Paying extra for basic necessities like linens, a kitchen kit, a toaster, and a coffee pot, is inconvenient especially for travelers flying in who can't bring these items from home. CanaDream should offer an option to have the Rental fully stocked like an Airbnb.

Finally, while the pickup employee was very friendly, they could not answer my questions clarifying the orientation videos. Since a personalized walk-through is a paid upgrade, it felt like they intentionally withheld information. Safety and operations should never be an additional charge.

On a positive closing note, we paid extra for the "Drop & Go" service at the end of our trip. It was an absolute breeze dropping the vehicle off, allowing us to easily catch our flight back to the US. Despite the minor issues, the vehicle performed well, and we had a wonderful vacation. We would rent from CanaDream again in the future.

They are very commercial and selling a lot of add ons as toiletpaper what you really don’t use in 3 weeks Tim’s. They sell a WiFi connecter what is huge expensive to use. But the rv is clean, all works people are very nice
