From reservation, to pick up, to driving, to drop off - everything went incredibly!

Very friendly service, Easy to find, Helpful guidance int he use of the RV. Easy to drop off. The RV was in wonderful condition and drove very smoothly.

I did not like how the saver 2 program worked. There was no option for a alternative vehicle for a senior with mobility issues. I was put into the position of having to pay an extra $500.00 for a much larger unit that we didn't want that had many operating issues as well and cost a lot more in gas. I was not impressed.

Canadream was a delight. They offered the best prices compared to several other companies. The RV was modern, clean, and really made our trip amazing. The lady who showed us the RV upon arrival made sure we felt comfortable with the operation of everything. The original booking is a bit confusing with all of the different add ones and options, but otherwise, perfect experience!

We had a wonderful time travelling with Canadream. Everything worked perfectly, and we had no major issues with the RV. The pick-up and drop-off service was fast and pleasant.

Excellent customer service. I gave a 4 star rating as the side door was damaged and difficult to close, as well it didn't seal while driving and sounded like it was going to fly open. Everything else was great and the bed was very comfortable.

We can't use the heating, I've already reported it to the store clerk, But they said we had to write our own appeal. This is all crazy.

This was our first time renting an RV, and we were very happy with our 8-day trip between Calgary and Edmonton. The support team was kind and helpful, and even when unexpected things came up, they handled everything well and made sure we were okay.

The motorhome was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family adventure.

A few small suggestions for improvement:
- A blackout curtain on the side door would help a lot, the light coming through that window can make it hard to rest.
- The curtain dividing the cab from the living area could be thicker to improve privacy, and it would be great if it had a built-in track or cord system to open and close it more easily.
- A clearer explanation about tire pressure changes when picking up the RV would be helpful.
- Also, I refilled the propane tank before returning, but only then found out it wasn’t necessary, a quick note about that could save time for guests.

Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely rent with CanaDream again!

The service was excellent and we had everything we expected.

This company can improve by being more open and honest about the products they upsell you. Then when they stuff up, they can be honest about it, admit they stuffed up and apologise. They get their pound of flesh and then use any excuse to not cover you even when you have full cover and paid for all the upgrades. Rip off merchants.

TCA was as expected. Unit was working well (except water heater from time to time).

Staff was lovely, their fleet of RV's is huge and they were quick and professional at problem solving!

First experience renting a camper, very positive, the vehicle was clean and tidy and the staff was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

Reliable at least
The RV had 80000 km on the clock and appeared „used“ - not to say shabby at some minor points
Faucet in the sink was leaking, coffeemaker not working
Bed very comfy, big fridge
The Ford E350 chassis is not an up to date vehicle- loud at Highway Speed, unprecise steering and not appropriate fuel consumption (27 ltr/100)
But it did not let us down

As a first time RV user, this was super easy and straightforward. Highly recommend the Kitchen and Linen Kit if you want even less of a hassle. The instructions can be a bit overwhelming but once you spend some time with the RV (watch their videos!) its easy to pickup. Oh and even if you have done the online check-in expect another hour for the actual inspection/loading and eventual setoff
