CanaDream RV - Calgary Reviews 

We rented the Midi motorhome for a 14-day Rockies road trip, and it was a fantastic size for our adventure. Unfortunately, our trip started with 48 hours of torrential rain, and the window seals leaked heavily at our bed, completely soaking the mattress and forcing us to sleep in the overhead area for the first two nights.
Canadream directed us to a local glass repair shop in Canmore to patch the missing window foam. While this helped, it still dripped slightly and was never fully fixed, and a vehicle change should have been offered given the circumstances. We were also frustrated by annoying driving clicks from the seating area and a rattling insect screen door that needed a paper towel wedge.
At the end of the trip, I requested a $300 refund for those first two nights—which was equal to our extra mileage charge, so they could have easily waived it—but Canadream only offered $150 off. Overall, it would have been a 10/10 experience had the leak not happened.

Everything was well organised and made easy for first timers like we were

Our truck and camper combo was fantastic. The brand new truck delivered power and comfort while driving. Our camper was clean and perfectly appointed. Your rebooking info was so complete that I knew exactly what to bring. I had a coffee maker (French press) in my luggage and everything else was there. I would recommend giving everyone levelling blocks rather than making them optional. They’re essential to a good trip. Without them, sleeping and cooking on an angle is horrible. Any new people might not know how important they are.

Vehicle was well presented by friendly staff, the process of both pickup and drop off was as smooth as you could have wished for.Just a couple of negatives in that you only get the bare minimum of kitchen equipment I.e. for 2 people in an RV for 6 just 2 knives, forks and spoons which would mean constantly washing up if using any of these in preparation of the meal, also the person showing us gave us an incorrrct length for the RV when asked, although she supposedly checked with the office!
Not helpful when needing to know the size when booking campsites!

2 of 3 RVs is in good condition so I am happy with that .
You must look about your staff because their behavior is not so polite.
So next year that I will come again I hope is better.

Friendly and comfy working people at pick-up and drop-off. The start inspection was superb and intense - no questions at this point.
Even technicians were called for deeper inspection.

The pickup and drop-off service was very easy and straight forward.
We're happy with all the booked services except the Personal Demonstration ($50), which was done too lightly.

Absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended. Autumn was excellent and we couldn’t have had better service.

Upon pick up the windows were all very badly washed and we had to get someone to come redo it. Looked like someone cleaned it with armoural or something . The rv had a slight sewage smell which lasted the entire trip and was worse in the heat and in certain spots. Even after emptying and putting the chemicals the smell persisted. The engine had a rattling noise that also lasted the entire trip . The mechanic there looked at it said it was nothing serious but who wants to hear that noise the whole time ?! The generator always took several tries to start and sounded rough when you turned it off . One of the storage compartments was getting stuck open as well and the fridge froze all of our food ! The worst thing was they were about to rent this out to someone else the day after we returned it. They told us it had previously been in an accident which was evident from the dented up bumper. Why would this be getting rented out when it had all these problems and obviously wasn’t in the best shape? Very disappointing to spend this amount of money to go on a family trip with our small children and have all these issues. I would not rent from this company again after this trip . We did one time before this but it was a new rv so it seems like they don’t maintain them as well as they should . We handed a list with all the problems and no one said anything to us , we got no apologies , no discounts nothing. Very disgusted with the service we received.

You charged me over $1000 to replace a failed screen door cord. I filled out a form and no response. This should never have been deduced from the deposit.

Very smooth pick up and hand over, seemed like a slick operation. Vehicle was in good condition as well. No complaints, highly recommend

It takes too much time to get the rv and also when we give it back. More importantly, not well equiped ; no bbq, no ax, and 4 forks, 4 knifes, how much more it would cost you to provide 8 forks and 8 knifes ? For the price paid, I would a bit more…

We rented an RV for 2 adults. But requested a size for 2 plus 2 kids. Which appeared to be a very good idea. The size was perfect. Everything was very convenient. Very clean and very friendly user.

All the people of the team was very helpful and friendly

The staffs are very attentive and their professionalism and enthusiasms is making me feels very comfortable and welcoming !
