Chilliwack IR sauna
The product (a Chilliwack IR sauna) far exceeded our expectations. Extremely well constructed, easy to put together and delivers a much higher heat than we thought possible from an IR sauna. Service from Canadian Spa was excellent with sauna delivered faster than expected. I did have to help the driver unload it - was easily the heaviest thing I've ever lifted - so if you're not in a position to assist, make them aware of that when discussing delivery.

These hot tubs are built poorly with horrible wiring, light stopped working the first day of use, it's been over a year with no help of fixing the issue so they don't warranty anything, they stopped responding or reaching out about the issue. Horrible product and horrible warranty service.....sorry, no warranty service. Never but from this company

Fantastic company! From ordering, to delivery, to after sales support - we’ve had the best experience. We have never felt like “just another customer”, we felt like a valued customer the whole way through. Tony was so helpful during this process, giving honest advice on everything we needed for the best hot tub experience, and being on hand for my many questions. Craig who delivered the hot tub was fantastic, such a nice guy and again full of helpful advice. Kerry was fab helping us with a small teething issue and had everything resolved super quick for us. Friendly, great guys the whole way through.
And the hot tub and gazebo are AMAZING!!! We’ve had the best summer outside in our home spa; and can’t wait to enjoy it over the colder months too.
Thank you Canadian Spa for a fantastic hot tub, for the enthusiasm and for making the whole experience easy (and exciting!).

Purchased a new hot tub lid
Purchased a new hot tub lid, expensive item to purchase, it was delayed, quite a lot, however, I was kept informed and offered a refund or to wait, chose to wait and it arrived as advised - great customer experience - my expectations were perfectly managed. Couldn't fault it.

We had our Spa cleaned as we do every…
We had our Spa cleaned as we do every year, Canadian Spa send out a contractor, as they do every year. This year we had Hot Tub Response. They left our hot tub in a state. There was a layer of chlorine crystals stuck to the base of the tub, like he'd dumped a load in didn't turn it on. We then were told we need to replace the Ozone something or other, £178 later, no idea if that was true. And finally they broke two of the clips holding the lid on around the back, which we found when we were turning if off for our holiday. The only response from Canadian Spa was, it was lime scale. We've had it cleaned 5/6 times and it's never done that, we cleaned if after at an additional cost and it's never come back.. Lazy, cheap services. never to be used again.
