I think the pictures uploaded…

I think the pictures uploaded describing the level of quality and builders attitude…

Extremely dissatisfied with the construction quality delivered by Cameron House.

The level of workmanship is shockingly poor and entirely unacceptable for a new-build property. From the moment I received the keys, it became clear that the house had been completed in a rushed, careless, and unprofessional manner.

The defects include, but are not limited to:
• Large sections of missing grout
• Uneven and poorly finished walls
• Substandard bathroom installation
• Bath incorrectly fitted
• Bath panel installed improperly
• Shower enclosure badly positioned and insecure
• Silicone and grout missing in multiple areas
• Significant issues with the extraction/ventilation system
• Boiler fitted inside the kitchen cabinet in such a way that the engineer was unable to carry out the annual gas safety check — a serious and unacceptable safety concern

These issues demonstrate a complete lack of proper quality control and oversight. The property feels as though it was constructed with minimal effort simply to hand it over quickly, with no regard for safety, durability, or even the most basic building standards.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to think very carefully before trusting Cameron House with their new-build home. The quality delivered is far below what any buyer should expect.

Perfect home at the Laurels, Brailsford

Absolutely over the moon with the whole experience. Tracy (sales advisor), and the rest of the team (Tom and Helen) have been nothing short of excellent throughout the whole process. Constant updates throughout, plenty of information, and always friendly and helpful. Myself, my wife, and kids have been in for a week now and we love our stunning new home! A couple of small snags as you'd expect with any new build, but nothing major. After buying an Avant new build home nearly 4 years ago, the difference in professionalism, both the staff and the house, is night and day. We would recommend Cameron homes to anyone looking for a new build property

Exceptional home builder

I’ve had a brilliant experience with Cameron Homes from start to finish.
Kiran, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire purchase process. Nothing was too much trouble, every question was answered quickly, and she always made time to ensure everything was clear and stress-free. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness made a big difference for me and my wife.

After moving in, Mike, the site manager, has been just as excellent. He has been understanding, approachable, and always happy to help. Any queries have been dealt with quickly, and he’s consistently gone the extra mile to support us.

As a wheelchair user, accessibility is extremely important, and I was treated with kindness, understanding, and respect at every stage. My needs were taken seriously, and I felt listened to throughout.

Overall, Cameron Homes has delivered great service, a wonderful home, and great people. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service

I moved into a Cameron home in February 2025 and have had to contact customer services on the odd few times …I have always gone through
Jodie Corrick customer coordinator with any issues and she has always been so obliging ..always replied and dealt with my issues swiftly and kept me updated via email ..really happy with my home and the Technicians who have always been quick to put problems right..all technicians that have visited my home have been really polite and helpful

Still waiting on the repairs

Been in the property just over a year, and would say initially, we loved it, but with the new builds next to us being built its been very testing.
(Noise has been relentless) Front drive dug up, rear garden a mess, not bothering to rectify the work sufficiently and the damage they made that has been left is unacceptable. After repeated requests, they just forget the snags, and concentrate on their new projects, they just cant be bothered. Be warned people if you're buying from these.

Great experience

Chloe from sales was helpful at every stage. Chloe gave good advice throughout and also advised on different colour options and customer extras.

The house is beautiful, well set out and a very high specification. Very pleased.

Home demo was in depth and Aid was brilliant.

Recommend to anyone looking for a high quality new build home.

After a disappointing time dealing with Cameron homes regarding our kitchen Shannon Wallace - customer service manager became involved and we are so pleased she did. She had a clear plan that has been adhered to at every step. Her communication has been excellent. We are very thankful to her for getting everything sorted for us. 1 star building company because you can’t choose 0

Been in nearly 2 years and they haven’t finished original snag list, do anything to get out of fixing issues, poor attitude once they have your money. Poor quality materials, poorly executed. Be careful if they are still working on site as they have no awareness of health and safety are noisy and cause damage to estate and do not clean up afterwards. None of there staff should be customer facing based on our interactions.

Our experience with the customer care…

Our experience with the customer care team has been brilliant! Jodie, Dan and Donna have been extremely helpful and responsive with all our queries since we moved in. The service is very responsive, professional and supportive - nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you so much and having the support and reassurance of Cameron Homes Customer Care makes moving house so much less stressful - definitely recommend Cameron Homes and their after care support and service :-) .

What an amazing experience!

What an amazing experience during a really stressful situation. Mrs M noticed water coming from the ceiling @9am this morning, email sent to customer services @9:30am, John turned up @11am and cut a hole in the ceiling to find the leak. Leak resolved and area repaired and painted by 3pm. Amazing support, perfect repair and all it cost was a cup of tea and some biscuits.

Our Dream Home

Moving into our new Cameron Homes house has been a great experience from start to finish.

The whole journey has been seamless, from our first meeting Izzy who was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, to our regular catch ups with Chloe who was always there to answer questions and give updates.

We must also thank Helen who made sure everything ran smoothly on the legal side of things.

A final huge shout out must go to Ade, our Site Manager, his assistant Rob and the whole build team. They worked tirelessly to get us in on our desired date and made sure all our (demanding) needs were met. Their professionalism, pride and dedication to their work gave us complete confidence every step of the way and the final product has more than met our expectations.

The house is stunning - well-designed and beautifully finished and we look forward to raising our family in our forever home.

We would recommend Cameron Homes to anyone looking for a high-quality home with a team that truly cares. It’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

Customer service at Cameron Homes has…

Customer service at Cameron Homes has been excellent. I had an issue installing my gas hob, and when I contacted customer service Donna and Jodie, were extremely helpful and organised the installation. They also, kept me updated about the whole installation.
The team who installed the gas hob were great.

I am extremely happy with how Cameron Homes helped me.

Cameron Homes… Outstanding.

We moved into our Cameron homes house in June 2025. We can’t thank the team enough for all their hard work and dedication to helping us create our forever home. A special thanks to Hannah, Mac, John and Izzy for all their guidance. The house has been done at an outstanding level and the quality is spot on. We asked for some changes like wardrobe being moved into another bedroom, plug sockets being moved, bathroom tiles contrast Literally everything we wanted was put on the drawing and was done to a high standard. They catered to all our needs. The buying and part exchange of our old home ran so smoothly. Hannah was always at the end of the phone if I needed her for anything. Her communication was impeccable. The Lawnswood site team go above and beyond and for that we will be forever grateful. I truly highly recommend Cameron homes.

We moved into our new home at Lawnswood in March , everything went well.We found the build quality of our new home outstanding. The fixtures and fittings are good quality Hannah,John and Mac were there to help out with any problems and soon rectified them . I would definitely recommend Cameron homes

Excellent Service from Tracy – Highly Recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of being shown around by Tracy, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Friendly approach and her knowledge was outstanding, and she answered all of my many questions with confidence and clarity. On the rare occasion she didn’t have an immediate answer, she went out of her way to find the information and got back to me without delay.

Having completed a self build a few years ago, I came with plenty of detailed questions — and Tracy handled them all with professionalism and ease. Her prompt responses and thorough explanations made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

I would absolutely recommend Tracy to friends and colleagues. Thank you again, Tracy, for your excellent service!
