I found this service easy to use. The company got back to me straight away with a question I had. Payment was what I had been quoted and came through quickly.

The process is very simple and Alex was extremely helpful and reassuring when I was considering selling the cameras to them. The prices are in my opinion much better than what you might obtain through ebay ( after you have paid all the fees ) and in my case I had the money in my account with 3 days of sending the items. I would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

I was wanting to replace my DLSR with a more compact camera but one that recorded video. No retailer came up with a reasonable trade in amount and via Google I found the Camera Exchange. The price for my old camera kit was acceptable and the process of sending the camera was simple and the money was in my bank account within a couple of days I am more than happy with the outcome.

The website for a estimate of my trade in price was easy to use and accurate. an email was sent immediately my camera arrived and the settlement cheque was received within the week. Very reliable I have already recommended the site to others.

Initially I exchanged two cameras for one with a cash difference, the process was so easy that I also then decided to exchange a lens for another lens from CES to pair with the Camera I had just acquired from them. Honestly, i had my qualms about sending my cameras off after I received the valuation, because you just don't know you hear so many horror stories about this type of exchange, but I really needn't have worried because the whole process was so painless and quick and i would definitely recommend them, in fact the gentleman that I dealt with through emails was named Alex and he is even keeping an eye out for a particular item that i'm after, use them you won't regret it. You cannot ask more from a company than they do what they say, they do it quickly and efficiently, no strings, no small print, no ifs no buts.
There was a time when the world was like that but now such companies are very rare. Long may they last and prosper.

Natural caution made me nervous about using this service; but everything went according to plan and my transaction was completed within 5 working days, though the cheque took a few days longer to arrive, Moreover, I posted my camera using recorded delivery and even the cost of this was refunded.
