Absolutely superb service in the Hereford branch today from Jack. After some binoculars but also received some excellent advice about a lens for my Canon DSLR. Ended up buying the lens later from their online store.

Second time of dealing with this company both times a positive experience, sold them a camera , posted Tuesday, arrived with them Friday, received payment by Saturday one niggle , their free post service means you don’t get a tracking number , bit dicey if it’s a high value item , worth checking before posting this way

I've been looking into replacing all my camera gear for a long time now and more than anything am just pleased that there is someone out there doing what you're doing on a more 'personal' level than some of the other larger outfits that do the same thing with iPhones and tablets. Would highly recommend Camera exchange Store, quick response and offered and paid me a good price for my camera and accessories, not like some other places that wanted to offer me a lot less. So if you have any photographic equipment to sell this is the place to do it and free postage and collections as well
