If I could give no stars I would have done.
They didn’t cancel subscription as requested and sent more product.
I have tried for 3 weeks to get instructions for returning and refund and had only automated responses saying they will get back to me within a couple of days and NOTHING.
I have asked shop to help me and I would avoid this company if you weee thinking of shopping with them.

All comments here are real; the pity is that I check them after I make a purchase. Got them to replay the first time I contacted them when I asked to cancel my subscription. I got a partial refund, as by the time they replied, the second order was already shipped, but I hadn't even received the first product yet!... The surprise came when I was charged again after talking to them about cancelling my subscription! They never responded to my emails after that. I had to get my bank to cancel my card and issue a refund. The product is not even worth it; it's a SCAM. Do NOT buy anything from them!!

Do not buy, I have asked numerous times to cancel my subscription but they keep billing me and sending more product. There is no way to cancel a subscription yourself. I will have to get my bank to block them. The product is not worth it. Do not buy

Awful company .. ignore all email requests for cancellation of unwanted hidden subscription .. have got my bank to block them. Do not buy!!!

I never received my initial order and then, like many others, I have realised that this is actually a subscription - 3 transactions in and still no product. I have also written a number of emails to the customer support team to ask for an update on products, and then also to cancel my subscription. I’ve not received a single reply.

All the bad comments here are real. I had to block my card and order a new one just to get rid of them when they already took about A$200 from me. Do not buy anything from them. The stress is not worth.

Do NOT buy ANYTHING from these *** people. They don't tell you it is a subscription and no matter how many times you try to contact them they will never respond. Although, I returned unopened product to this address as I told them the ingredients were no good for me, of course I did not receive a refund.

This address is a mailbox forwarding business so not a real address. I have contacted the ACCC but they have not replied to me yet.

I should’ve done more research. This “business” has no address, no phone number, only 3 social posts on IG with comments disabled and over 29 FB comments with all reaction being angry and people calling out that they were scammed with no way to cancel. They will collect your credit card information and when you express concern, they will give an automated reply that they will get back to you in 2-3 business days, which is a lie. They will not address your request to cancel. Instead, they will continue to charge your card so that you cannot receive a refund. My cat was in the ICU and I had a lot on my plate. This is disgusting! I’ve reported them to the BBB, IG, FB, wrote a negative review explaining my experience on trust pilot, Also commented on FB, and contacted my bank. DO NOT BUY!

I’ve had a very poor experience with Calmify. I was charged for a repeat subscription without any clear access to my previous orders or an option to manage or cancel the subscription on their website. The lack of transparency is unacceptable.

When I reached out, there was no straightforward way to resolve the issue or stop the shipment. A company selling wellbeing products should make the customer experience far less stressful than this. I have emailed them several times and am promised a reply within 2-3 days which never comes. Now I'm taking action with my bank!

I won’t be purchasing from them again and I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience or anyone elses - looking at this forum.

As previous reviews. Single order placed and money is constantly taken from the account. Had to block my card and they still are trying to get money. Shocking. Avoid at all costs.

I placed a single order and they subscribed me and have sent shipments I did not want, taken money from my bank I did not authorise and their customer service is appalling. Do not order.

I emailed them to tell them that I was unable to use their product beca it caused leg cramps for me…. In September. I got a response email that thanked me and they would get back to me in three business days.

Four weeks later I get an email that they were going to ship again. I noticed that money was taken from my account. I forwarded our previous emails and reminded them that I had asked to have my subscriptions cancelled.

Two weeks later, the item shows up at my house. I still have not had a response from their customer service. They have not refunded me. I can not get anyone to respond, much less fix the situation.

I wanted to order one package of this drink powder to try it out if it works or not, but it didn’t state clearly that it’s a monthly subscription and that you will get charged every month for the whole thing. Now it wouldn’t have been a problem at first because you know, I would have tried it out and if it works, then sure I woult buy more anyway… but then I was charged again the next month and I didn’t even receive my first package. I messaged them to let them know I would like to cancel the subscription since the shipping takes so long, it doesn’t make sense to pay 2x and receive them 2 months later, right?
Their answer was they received my concern and will look into it.. well that never happened..

Fast forward to the 3rd month, I was charged again.. still no packages (not even the first one).
I messaged them again, still no response other than the formal “looking into it”..
I contacted my bank to block the upcoming transactions but I’m not sure if I ever receive a refund of the 3 orders..

First, they offer to try the product. When purchasing, they learn that it is a monthly subscription, but this wasn't indicated anywhere. Also, I never received the product. When I contacted the company, I received automated messages. I had to cancel my credit card. Total scam.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. You believe you are buying a one off product but in the small print you are signing up for a subscription. Once I realised, when the second payment came out, I contacted them by email to cancel my subscription. One week later I received a response but they hadn't cancelled my subscription as requested, they asked if I was sure and do I want to change the frequencies of the deliveries. I responded immediately to say no, I wish to cancel the subscription. A week later I have now have a third payment taken and no response regarding my cancellation. Also the goods take forever to come as I believe they are from China, this is not advertising anywhere on the website that I can see.

I purchased a buy 1 get one free package of drink
I didn't see the small print that said it was a monthly subscription, I only received 1 package rather than 2
Then a month later they took money from my card and sent another one (where I realized it was a subscription) I immediately emailed them asking to be unsubscribed (in August) and I am still emailing asking to be unsubscribed in October - other than the automated reply I have received no response.They have since sent me another package and taken yet more money

Disregard cancellion requests.

Worst absolute worst company scammers and residents keep sending me shit and sign me for subscription I send them several email to cancell subscription and they keep going have to co tact my bank
