Dealing with calmify causes stress

Should have checked the reviews first,
my invoice says buy one get one free and yet no free package of 10 sachets arrived with my order, despite sending all the proof they have asked for they are still delaying. Now they are saying BOGOF is only on the first order. So essentially you are paying £2.60 Per sachet. I have now cancelled however they have tried to take a further £26 from my bank.

1 Star – Misleading conduct and unauthorised recurring charges
I cancelled my order after identifying misleading information on Calmify’s website regarding subscription arrangements. This cancellation was made in writing and was acknowledged by the company.
Despite this, my payment details were charged two additional times after cancellation, despite my clear instruction that no further orders or charges were authorised.
Subsequent correspondence from Calmify was prompt but continued to provide misleading and inconsistent information, and the company failed to properly terminate the subscription despite confirming that it had been cancelled.
Processing payments after a valid cancellation constitutes unauthorised transactions and raises serious concerns regarding compliance with Australian Consumer Law and fair trading obligations.
After reviewing other customer experiences, it is apparent that this conduct is not isolated.
I am now pursuing formal refunds and lodging complaints with consumer protection authorities.
I strongly caution consumers to exercise extreme care before providing payment details or entering into any subscription arrangement with this company.

Scam company

Scam company, do NOT order
They keep taking money from your card even after you cancel.
I clearly stopped the order, but they did NOT stop charging me.
This is extremely frustrating and feels like a scam.
They ignore cancellations and just keep withdrawing money.
Do NOT order from this company they are scammers.
Save yourself the trouble and your money.

WILL TAKE MONEY & TRY TELL YOU THAT YOU MADE A SUBSCRIPTION

Reading the reviews it seems we have all been hit with the same ‘subscription scam’
After a month of emails back and forth I am still unable to return a second package that is unwanted & I never ordered in the first place. This company definitely needs reporting to the Consumer Trading Standards they are STEALING MONEY from people’s bank accounts & masking it as a ‘planned subscription’ made when you first make a purchase. God know how much money they’ve made from people via this. DO NOT PURCHASE

Such a scam

Such a scam. I didnt even register for a subscription. They kept postponing the cancellation and after they did, they still took money from my account. This is such a cheap company. This is the most dreadful situation ever. STAY AWAY PLEASE. I wish I can give negative ranking.

Fraudulent money hungry company

Money hungry company with no response times adhered too on there emails. You have to email to cancel the subscription then they send an automated 2-3 business day turn around which they never actually respond too I’ll be disputing my card now as I cannot get a response from this AWFUL company! Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I have attempted to cancel 4 times. Each time they send a email delayed by a couple of days saying they would offer me a deal which I refuse and asked again for a cancellation. I finally got an email saying they would cancel yet I find myself charged again. I had to cancel my card just to avoid getting recurring charges. The product does not work and it’s a scam.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. They took over a month to cancel my subscription after a dozen emails back and forth. After I was told my subscription was cancelled I got charged for another order which they are not refunding. I’ve never had a worse experience with a company.

Do not buy

If I could give less than 1 star I would, it's the worst company for customer service I've ever met. You have to email to cancel subscription unable to get hold of anyone mean while they take your money. For the last 2 months I have been trying to cancel keep receiving emails saying thankyou for your patience we will be in touch 2-3 days. Out of the 3 months I've only received 1 order yet paid for 3 ... They are happy to take your money but not happy to sort anything out.

Thieves!’ Do not buy !!!!

Absolutely terrible customer care. Do not purchase from this company. They have proceeded to take money out of my account even though I have requested to cancel a subscription that I didn’t even request in the first place. I have sent numerous requests to cancel and they choose to ignore my request, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !

I am disgusted

I am disgusted, that in this day and age of technology, the customer service response rate from this company has been next to none. After trialling their product, I emailed 4 days BEFORE my subscription renewal date, requesting a cancellation, and didn’t hear back until a week later, where I was then charged for another months worth. Then after finally hearing back, my account wasn’t cancelled but I was instead offered a discount or spaced-out deliveries. After once again clearly rejecting this offer and requesting full cancellation, my issue was then ‘looked into’ conveniently not before I was just charged for yet another months worth. Poor service, poor communication. Disgusted.

Very poor

Very poor, emailed to cancel subscription( cancel at any time) and they said it had been cancelled. Since then Calmify have tried twice to take money from my account, luckily I have informed my bank to block any request for payment.
Do not buy this product and if scammed into a subscription contact your bank to block future payments.

SCAM!!

Do not fall for this scam. The drink did arrive, it tastes awful and does absolutely nothing! Little did i know ive been signed up to a monthly subscription, ive got another payment pending and another order coming 🤬They dont answer emails and ive just had to contact my bank to block any further payments!!!!

Fake

Fake! The order never arrived, money are lost and they try to take every week money from my account but of course i blocked them! Do not order from them! The customer center is not answering, only an automatic response!

Ridiculous experience

Ridiculous experience. Customer service is a joke. They do not answer and keep on charging you for the subscription!!! And there is no other way to cancel it!!!! Avoid, otherwise you will need to change your card 🤷🏼‍♀️
