I write this during yet another outage of our broadband service with callflow..... there seems to be a theme with callflow reviews... New customers think its great, but for customers who've been with them and stuck with them for a while the shine has come off rather.... it's an
overpriced product (compared to the market in general), with poor office hours only customer service, arrogant staff who always try to claim that any issue HAS to be the customers equipment (but eventually is always proved to be callflow... again), slowly reducing broadband speeds that weren't mindblowing to start with (and which company only offers 1mbps upload speeds nowadays in 2018?!), more long outages than you would consider acceptable and certainly no attempt to compensate customers for being left without for hours and hours at a time.... Because callflow put their equipment in our cabinet, then openreach have no obligation to do so, which means you're stuck with only callflow for ever after regardless of how bad their service is or how much they choose to charge.... great! If I could bin them and go to sky, talk talk, plus net or indeed ANYONE else I would.... but I can't...

Callflow - Game. On.
I've used Callflow for our internet for the past 3x years, and the nature of the service (both customer and line speed), has fluctuated throughout that time. But of late there's clearly been a new HR mandate because the Customer Service team are excellent (no more waiting for 10+ mins on the phone), super fast at coming back via email, and seemingly far more on the front foot as concerns being positive and pro-active.
The new line we have in is FTTC, and so far we're at 25/2, which for the deepest, darkest wilds of Kent isn't bad at all... I'm still goaded daily by one of my lead designers who has 1Gb up/down in East London, but it's better than it's ever been, so let's just do a Pharell in the sunshine and be happy.
Great work CF team, and thanks. CC @ PF.
Good customer service, disappointing failure to maintain speed levels
Whilst the customer service is very prompt friendly and efficient, I have concerns about the long-term reliability of the product.
At start-up it was just under 15mb/sec, but after a fortnight it dropped
down to about 9.Contacting the office I was told I needed a software upgrade which they did immediately, and it took it back up to 12.
Sadly, in the last few days ( and its not the school holidays to blame) it dropped to less than 9 again and stayed there.
Whilst this is within the contract spec of 5-15, there is no explanation for this major step change unless its being "tweaked".

I have been chasing BT for 3 years to get a date for Yalding to get Fibre. Gave up and ordered from CallFlow. Absolutely painless. All I had to do was complete the application form and they did the rest. I now have broadband 25x faster than I had from BT (25Mb as opposed to the 1Mb I had). Superb!!! I will provide an update when I have had it a few months. But so far, well impressed.

Very fast internet and excellent customer service
The guys at Callflow are really friendly and customer service oriented. Had few initial problems with the ultra fast fibre service but these were sorted out very quickly.
Terrible Customer Services and Poor Router/Modems
We were really relieved to finally have decent internet speeds from Call Flow after suffering with very low speeds from BT. However, we have lost internet at least 3 times due to technical problems and the fact that Call Flow do not have weekend support or engineers that work weekend. The thing that has made me so cross though is that we get speeds of over 70mbps coming into the rubbish technicolor router/modem they have supplied and when connected to wifi, if I take 3 steps backwards still in line of sight of the router, we lose 50% of the speed. Tried to rectify this by spending £180 on a decent modem/router (TP link) and Call Flow refused to give us the passwords required to connect it saying that they do not allow 3rd party routers/modems to be connected. I suggested that there must be a fault with the wifi on the router to be told that they do not support wifi issues! Our wifi speeds fluctuate from 1.8mbps to 60mbps on wifi and it is very erratic. There is very little else on the same wavelength (checked with wifi analyser) and Call Flow's answer was? Run ethernet cable around the house! If there was a viable competitor I would leave Call Flow in a flash. Their Customer Services skills leave a lot to be desired and it is more expensive than any internet I have ever had before. Avoid this company if you have a choice.

When it works great..but that’s when it works, I’ve never experienced so much down time due to outage than with Call Flow, always in the evening or weekend, supplied with a cheap outdated Billion router that I have lost count on how many hundreds of times we have to power off then on again due to WiFi drop out, we pay good money for what is a below acceptable service, reading other reviews, I see many other customers also review/receive the same poor level of service/product, knowing a small percentage of customers will actually take the time to review, you can be assured that are many more just as dissatisfied as we are..

Great engineers - poor routers
The quality of the engineer that visited was outstanding and having fibre to the property is wonderful.
However, I can only give 3 stars because the quality of the wifi router is really quite poor.
We had regular connection drops and poor response even when when standing very close to the router. I have turned off the wifi now and used access points instead and I get 4 times the speed and no dropped connections.
These days, wifi is used far more than cabled ethernet and this should be acknowledged with a decent router or at least the option to include a mesh with the install for an extra cost.
I contacted the support team for help and they just sent me to the FAQs which stated that they could not be held responsible for wifi signal.
Disappointing, but other than that, very good

To be honest after ordering my new broadband and phone connection I read some of the reviews on callflow after sales service and was I little apprehensive but so far they appear to be polite and efficient on the phone and the change over went very smoothly the service is fast and reliable and I would have no hesitation in recommending callflow. 5 star company.

it very expensive call flow has a monopoly on infinity but it very fast ok but BT IS PUTING FIBRE OPTIC in now so they will have to start to drop their price to the national average very soon as people in lympne will go as the speed would be up to 300mps but at the moment I have to stay for 18 months
Overpriced,especially the set up fee
Overpriced, especially the set up fee, also not as fast as expected and have had frequent times when the router has shut down.
