Bad company! I order a dress for my baby shower. The dress didn't make it in time so I ask for a refund! I order the dress a month befor my baby shower. Which was in April. I ask if I could get my money back. No answer, finally I got in touch and I'm still waiting for my refund. I paid for the dress and never received the dress... now I'm getting my lawyer involved. Yes... lawyer only because they are not handle business the right way. They wont even reply to my messages.

This company all around sucks ! Don’t order from them!!!

Not get it . I contacted them by email they told me to be pacience and Pepsi t will arrive first days of May . It’s rhe 20thof May and nothing . I contacted them again they said I have to wait 10 to12 more days to get my product!!!! (???)
I’m very disappointed , I told them I don’t want it anymore and to credit my money back and no one responded to me

Don't do it. Just don't. It's been three months and I received 2/4 items I ordered. The items I did receive are AWFUL!!! They don't reply when you email them! Or if they do, they tell you to "be patient". I filed a claim with PayPal. They require you to ship it back with tracking to get refunded. Only costs SHIPPING COSTS TWICE AS MUCH AS THE ITEMS PURCHASED. Money wasted. Lesson learned.

Why do I have to give a star to mark bad for the worst sight ever! Trust me this sight is the biggest pain. They took way longer then they said they would to reply to me or get the items for me. I thought they were a scam. When I finally got the stuff I had already bought what I need. I actually thought it was a joke because the clothes are made so so so bad. I had to look at the pictures and try to guess which item was supposed to be which. They won’t take returns either even though this was all their fault and they don’t even say no returns anywhere on their sight. Don’t buy from them!!!!!!! I bought clothes and they were extremely late to get them to me. They looked nothing like the pictures. They were garbage! I had to argue with them for about a month just to be able to return them. I paid 16$ for the return that they weren’t going to cover and they never refunded me and are not even responding to me now. They are a very dishonest sight and as an expecting Mom I can tell you it isn’t worth the headache.

Don’t buy from there, their products look completely different than what’s posted on their site. Delivery takes forever and once I received it, it was half of what I ordered...
Not to mention that I paid extra $ 40ish to receive the dresses within 4-8 days (before my maternity shooting) and Now almost a month over and still didn’t get those dresses.

And don’t bother to complain cuz no one will really get to you.

Worst site to order from. The items come in 3 months after you purchase. Not to mention the lack of quality of the clothing. All clothes are made with cheap see through material from China, doesn’t look like what is on the website at all. Save your money and time and don’t order from them. They’re a knockoff site.

A week before i ordered 5 baby suits from Calladream.com and yesterday i got it. I love the products they delivered me. The quality of stuff is excellent and i have no words for the beautiful designs. I was worry that the pictures on website will not match the real product but believe me the product is more beautiful and fine that it can not be present in pictures. I love it. I like there customer support quick response. Everything is fine. I am 100% satisfied with calladream.com. I will recommend everyone.

If i could give this company a zero i would. I ordered a dress for a wedding, a month later i have still not received anything. They continue to spam my comments on the fb page because they dont want people to know its a scam. This is by far the worst company I have ever seen in my life.

HORRIBLE customer service - I have gotten no response after my 3.3.18 order. Only half of the items I ordered have even shown up and I can't get anyone to respond to me on where the other items are at. So over six weeks later, I'm out half of my clothes but they took ALL of my $$!

I ordered 5 items of maternity clothing in January. I received 3 of the 5 some weeks later, they were not great quality and did not look as they had on the website. There was also no mention of the 2 missing items. I have been chasing these for months now; the occasion I purchased one of the items for has long since passed, and I'm not going to be pregnant much longer so I don't actually want the remaining items anymore. I am now attempting to pursue a refund but not having much luck. I have recently been told one of the items is out of stock but that I can select something else for the same amount, and I was offered a USD 5 credit note which is pathetic, I certainly don't want to order anything more from this company, I just want my money back.
