I wish it were possible to give them a zero!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM CALLADREAM!!!
I ordered maternity clothes from CallaDream. I followed their procedures and canceled my order withing hours of placing it. No response.

I finally got a response saying an item I ordered was out of stock, to please choose a replacement or choose a voucher for your next order (no refund option for out of stock item). I emailed stating I didn't want a replacement item nor any items, that I had canceled my order following their protocol.... no response. I finally get an email that a second item is out of stock. Same thing. Pick a replacement or get a voucher. I email them saying the same thing again, don't want anything I canceled my order. Again, no response from them at all. I emailed and I also tried to call them REPEATEDLY with no answer and no response to emails!

So I finally received my items a week before I had my baby, I wasn't even leaving the house at this point. I no longer needed the clothes (from the order that I had canceled). 1/2 the items were on my order, the other half were random clothes they picked and mailed me. They looked like moo moos my grandma used to wear. Definitely nothing I would wear pregnant or not. The clothes are also SUPER POOR QUALITY!!! Guess what.... they would not answer my calls or emails requesting a return. They never once responded to me!!! Do yourself a favor... scroll on and DO NOT ORDER FROM CALLADREAM!!!!

The clothes don’t look anywhere near as nice as they appear on the website. Not even worth sending back and expecting credit, a hassle. My loss. Would not recommend these clothes. Also when I expressed my disappointment and inquired about a return and credit, their email no longer seemed to be working.

No service, the Clothes to small, bad qualität. Dont buy here...

I would give negative stars if I could. I had to cancel the dress I ordered for my baby shower because instead of the 4-7 days for shipping, they claimed it was going to be over 3 weeks which would have been after the party... I cancelled my order since it wouldn't arrive in time but they never gave me my money back despite multiple attempts to contact them.

If I could leave zero stars I would. It took months to get my maternity gown after several emails and having to get rude with them over the whole situation. Once it arrived it did not even fit. It was entirely too small in the chest area and I ordered a size large enough that should have fit. This was not made for a pregnant woman at all. I was not even able to take maternity pictures by the time my dress arrived and discovered it would not fit.

If I could give a zero star review I would, I ordered 3 dresses and it took over 2 months to arrive, they are cheap material,not even cotton,they dont fit right and they are not even the color you see in the picture.then when i went to the site to return it says page not found.this site is a scam, do not spend your money on this site!

I orders 4 dresses in January. It took 2 months to get one of the dresses. I couldn't even get it on. It was a shift dress and the neck wouldn't even go over my head. I am 5 feet tall 120 lbs. Not BIG person. It isn't even the color it shows.
I got the other 2.5 months after ordering. The same issues as way to small as stated. I orders a medium which other companies clothes fit as advisement. I have tried to get information from them for return. I can't get anyone to answer my email and they have no phone number to call.

I spent over $200 on maternity items that never showed up. I asked for a refund and continued to get the run around. I'm sorry I wasted my time and money on this scam. To make matters worse, I live on an island where maternity cloths basically don't exist. I learned my lesson. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

I ordered a dress then I received an email saying it had been shipped and it would be 5-12 days. It’s been weeks and weeks and it’s never come. This company is terrible and they are a SCAM!

I order a dress over there, well they never sent my dress. By January of 2018, i never got it.
Well by then i had to order a new dress.
it’s been over A YEAR and I’ve yet to get my dress which it doesn’t matter now bc I’ve already had my son.
I would NEVER recommend this awful so called “company”. I’ve had several emails between me and SEVERAL emails about their stupid financial systems and can’t even refund me my money nor give me their financial manager email.

Can some provide me with their contact info. I ordered a jacket two months ago and nothing. I don't have any contact info.

Ordered 6 maternity items at the start of feb this year. I was due in late June. Never received confirmation email or tracking number. Took weeks for someone to finally reply to my emails where I was told it was down to Chinese New Year & my items were ready to be shipped. Great!!! NO!! 1 item came 3weeks later. Awful quality & terrible fit. Then another 2 weeks after, again, awful quality & didn’t fit despite going 2 sizes up. I finally asked for a refund on the last of my items as they weren’t being sent (told they weren’t ready) by this point I had 2 months till baby came so I didn’t need the clothes anymore. Was told I couldn’t get a refund because they were ready to be shipped yet I never received them. Then they told me I could get a refund, then their financial system was down, blah blah blah!!!!! Same story for another 2 months. And now I’m here writing this review. I’ve sent emails everyday asking about my money “ oh check your PayPal, check your ACC” “ our financial system is down but yours is first priority” it is now DECEMBER!!!! & I haven’t received a cent or the clothes I wanted a refund for. They have since stopped replying to my emails!!! This site is a joke. Disgusting human beings praying on pregnant women who just want to look nice pregnant & enjoy their pregnancy. Not be stressed out, stolen from or sent tacky products!!!! Get this site off the internet & social media & get these hideous people prosecuted. I’ve never come across such horrid treatment. All I wanted was to have to nice clothes while I was pregnant. Sick people. I’m so mad. $200 I’ll never get back

Awful experience! This website is definitely a scam. I also ordered a maternity dress and am still waiting for a refund due to it never arriving.

Absolutely disgusted!! Calladream, anything but a dream!!! More like a nightmare, dressed like a day dream! As with many other of these reviews definitely recommend not shopping here as you pay for something and receive nothing!! I ordered a maternity dress to wear for a couple of functions when pregnant (I was about 5months pregnant).... now my baby is 2 months old, and still waiting! I have written various emails with some reply saying shipment is on it’s way but that’s about it!! I just want resolution and will be going to fair trading shortly if this isn’t sorted!

I have had the WORST experience ever!!! I ordered two maternity dresses from CallaDream, early in my pregnancy. I was hoping to be able to use them for a few weddings, as well as my baby showers.

I ordered them in February. I received notification that the time I ordered surrounds the Chinese New Year and that my order would be delayed a bit.

I never received my order. No further details regarding tracking, delays, etc. I never received a refund. I never received any follow up.

I am so disappointed in their business. My daughter is now three months old and I’m still fighting for a refund. I’ve even asked for additional clothing in exchange for the dresses and they won’t ship me those either. I just want resolution.

It took 2 months to receive 2 items in my order. When those items arrived they were totally different than what was pictured. They have strict return policy (have to have original packaging with return within 7 days) and they do not reply to emails. There is no phone number to call. The service was unacceptable and the quality of the items poor.

I regret I haven’t checked the reviews before! Took almost two moth to arrive, quality is beyond poor!!!! After a dozen of emails sent the items back and they say they haven’t received them!!!! Half a year I’m dealing with this!!!! How aren’t they closed yet!!!! Websites like this should not excist!

This online store is a FRAUD! I made an order 4 months ago and still haven’t received my products. They simply stopped answering back my emails and facebook inbox, now I just realized they blocked me... so no products and no refund... DON’T TRUST CALLADREAM!!!

It took 2 months and many emails back and forth for my order to arrive. Including an ignored email requesting to cancel my order and get a refund. I ordered 8 maternity dresses. I would say 7 out of 8 are garbage. They are extreamly low quality fabric are poorly made as well as being very see through. I emailed them the day I got them saying I would like to return them due to the fact that summer is now over, they are cheap quality and my due date is now too close to even wear them. They asked me to contact them through pay pal?? I didn't pay with pay pal and they gave me no email or phone number to contact. I have not heard from them since and they have a strict 14 day return policy I believe they are trying to screw me over with.

I got an address and instructions for sending the dresses back. To ship them back was $35 and that was the cheapest option! Also had to get my refund through my credit card company as calladream and paypal have denying my a refund after calling and emailing them almost a dozen times about the return and refund.

I ordered a pair of pants December 2017, returned them, and still haven't gotten my refund. It's September 2018. They kept saying they hadn't received then even thought I kept the FedEx info and it said they had been delivered. FINALLY they said they would refund me. Lies. I still have not gotten any money back. Do not but from here!!!!
