Very pleasant experience with a very nice agent!
I’ve not had an accident in decades so I wish there were more discounts available to good clean record drivers.
I’m stuck paying 1,000 dollars for an accident I had no fault in. They never reached out to the other person’s insurance and when I get to the shop I have to pay 1,000. When I call them they said I should’ve went through the other person’s insurance. They wanted me to do that work. Also they never even tried to reach out to progressive. They just are the worse. Now I am dealing with progressive. Why do I pay a monthly premium? That is their job. I understand the other company paying but to expect me to reach out to them with no direction was ridiculous. Also again they never even tried to reach out! Also they have terrible service period. I’m always on hold for at least 20 minutes. Obviously I’m canceling and I would recommend that anyone not go to them and just go to more reputable insurance.

Reply from California Casualty Auto and Home Insurance
California Casualty Insurance has been my home and auto insurance provider for many years. Their rates are reasonable and their customer service has always been top notch.
Easy to access my account and make changes. If I need to speak with customer service, I never had an extended waiting period. I appreciate the assistance I receive and never feel rushed on a call.
I am very disappointed 😞 with Road services customer services representative because he wrote down the wrong auto information I was waiting for one hour and I call again took one and half hours. I had a appointment missed but this not the first time happen to me. ROAD SERVICES customer services are lagging 😒.

Always a helpful person picks up the phone a Calcas..
I like the the auto policy and homeowners policy are connected so that one call can get more done.
Whenever we need to call on Ca. Casualty, they come through beyond our expectations! They also respond with compassion during a stressful situation. Much appreciated!
Professional response to questions asked concerning home owners insurance for WF mortgage.
Responsive customer service and good premium rates
I really don't remember last contacting California Casualty for anything, but I will say I have been satisfied with this company since I first signed up with them many years ago. I have both automobile and homeowners insurance with California Casualty. They have always handled any questions or concerns in a prompt manner.
My husband is a teacher and has been with California Casualty for over 13 years. Whenever dealing with any issues or just general questions with customer service this company is so rude! Ive never in my life experienced such arrogance from a business! I have a feeling California Casualty is having financial issues and probably won't be in business for long! As a matter of fact they are pulling out of multiple states one being my state PA. I agree with the other negative reviews as well with their rates going up tremendously because our rates have increased too! With all the money we pay it would be nice to have some respect when dealing with California Causality!

I never have a question with California Casualty. Everything seems to go smoothly each month.
Thank goodness we haven’t had anything happen where we need to file a claim. It is nice to know we are protected for our home and auto needs.
Tony Hayes was very helpful and professional in guiding us in our choices to take care of an unexpected claim. Tony was a great communicator and kept us informed on the process and timelines of the repairs .
Great customer service, easy to add new vehicles or items to insurance plan, and amazing prices.
