Can't logon to my app - customer services can't seem to sort it....really frustrated and annoyed...I don't recommend the app at all...sorry just sort your stuff out!

Visited the newport retail park neros today as we usually do.
Served by Harrison who also stopped by our table to see if all was okay.Such a lovely friendly young man always has a smile.credit to the store

Generally Cafe Nero is great. Drinks good, nice array of snacks and friendly staff. However, the atmosphere is changing due to laptop users hogging tables. I went to Whiteladies Road in Bristol and had loads of student types on their laptops. Most had finished their drink ages ago judging by the cups. One arrived and only got a cup of water to go with his personal table! Never bought anything. The staff really need to sort this!

The Caffé Nero team in Exmouth are friendly and great! Coffee is always made quickly with a smile; nothing is too much trouble. The store is very clean and always has a good variety of drinks and food available.

I went into Cafe Nero Hastings and what lovely staff they had in there, they were so friendly and had great banter with the customers. Very efficient. I asked them their names and they were Connor, Cat and Becs, a credit to you. Now the positive bit done now the negative, what a run down tatty store it is, I have been to a few stores including Ashford outlet store and it was so much more modern and fresh looking. Hastings store was clean but just looks awful. There were quite a few little fruit flies flying around which was very annoying. Please update this store as it is very off putting.

I regularly every week visit the Caffe Nero, Fenchurch Street, London EC3R branch location, for my coffee latte or cappuccino. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, especially the supervisor " Noor ", who always greets me with a smile and knows which coffee to serve me. The atmosphere is relaxing and i recommend this branch and the staff, for your coffee visit.

I’m in a rush..Shattered and want coffee…which I very rarely drink anymore, Starbucks was heaving as usual, and I didn’t have time to wait, so had a hurried wander around KingsCross station! Caffè Nero practically empty..Praise the lord!!!

Certainly won’t be using Caffè Nero again that’s for sure!!!!!

Service and quality of products can vary dramatically, depending on location, from excellent to poor. Fortunately the poor ones are in the minority, and can be avoided until there is a change of staff, and then tested again. My biggest annoyance is that the same amount of coffee goes into the medium and the large mugs, meaning that you pay extra for about 120ml of hot water and a weaker coffee, if you buy a large one.
If you like a great flavoursome coffee, stick with the medium. You can always ask for a drop more water if it's too strong, but you can't take water out of a weak one.
The Cotswold outlet Nero in Tewkesbury is excellent.
My star rating is for Nero generally.

Overpriced coffee and matcha lattes that taste terrible.

What I ordered and what I got were not the same, I complained but the staff member just looked at me blankly them moved on to next customer

Went to Altrincham today .. staff unbelievable arrogant, and unprofessional, very ignorant… maybe the staff need training

Caffè Nero Sale the service is bad. The environment is like they are not welcome customer. The Barista seems not happy. I ordered matcha latte and she gave me mocha. I would like to return it but the queue was long and the barista seems really want to bite back. So they need more listen to customers. Matcha late but being served mocha so completely different.

A people watchers dream

Cafe Nero in Ealing has plenty of seats to buy coffee and sit, chat or just work. Superb Window seating upstairs, everyone seems to love. A people watchers dream.

Nero need to be mindful of people who don't buy anything and just plug their phones and laptops and how it may effect your business. However, didn't see any of this today.

Every person who entered was greeted like a personal friend. This created a warm atmosphere, where people were happy to wait a few minutes in the queue.

I thought that £4.40 for a large Cappuccino, was a fair price.
Service was efficient, friendly and warm.

I wasn't offered a receipt, so was unaware of the toilet code. However, a fellow customer helped me out.

The quality of the coffee was very good. My Cappuccino was nice and frothy with not too strong coffee. Each member of staff seems to be a competent barista, not just a machine operator.

All in all a masterclass in how to run a coffee shop. I will be coming again soon when I need a break from the hub bub. pick me up and some relaxation.

I don’t usually review but vicky and Stuart don’t know how much your paying them they are worth every penny really hope your looking after these employees.. always smiling and chatty no matter what time it is..

Coffee ok but generally unclean store. WI-FI now seems to only be available through some lengthy sign up process involving giving extensive personal details completely unnecessary for accessing Wi-Fi. Will find another coffee shop in future. Why on earth do these coffee chains continue to screw things up in the uk? Thought Nero was actually trying to be different than the other main chains but it seems they just can’t resist screwing things up and not thinking of the customer. We’ll stick to small independent coffee shops in future.

The staff member polite although I would shut this place down on health and safety. She touches the bin in between service and then opens fresh milk with the same unwashed hands! Never fuss with the bin mid service and wash hands in between each stage of service.

I got to Cafe Nero weekly as I get £1 drinks with 3. It's the same in all stores in Newcastle. The odd nice staff who listen but the majority talk amongst themselves and moan about their job. Never listen so you always get a latte whatever you ask for! Awful
