I think that the services provided have been very helpful. I would not be able to manage my loan without the support from Savi.
I continue to need the support to get my loan forgiveness completed and Savi is helping me get signatures needed from my employers. This has been a long process and the team have been working on this.

Every time I have tried to sign up for any classes or meetings, the site crashes or is no longer accessible. I have tried 4-5 times trying to stay up to speed with all the changes, and I'm very disappointed.

I still need someone to contact me back…

I still need someone to contact me back about getting my TLF form corrected and turned in to my loan servicer. I have gone back and forth with 'Tier 2' people for over a month and my poor HR lady has had to deal with signing documents that aren't even correct in the first place.

Too many emails

Too many emails. No way to resolve a error created by the system when inputting my employers. Still no response email, yet 36 hours later there is more than a dozen automated emails. I already know I will grow to ignore valuable messages because of the overcommunication. Why did I pay for this? DIY was more efficient so far, yet I was hoping for experts to close the gap on changing policies, timelines, and slow response from servicer. I'm patient, so we'll see.

Savi informs me of change and I have…

Savi informs me of change and I have more communication with Savi. Prior to 2017 I had no luck with PSLF, with the communication with SAVI I was able to update my status and comes to terms with my parent plus loan.

It was easy to use but still working on understanding some of the information provided. The keys attach to loan types and other text boxes were helpful.
