Absolute rip off!!! Don't be fooled by their photoshopping of the products like I was. If negative stars were an option that's what I would pick

Accept the partial refund!!!

As everyone else says, this is not a genuine online store.
If you did happen to purchase through them and are now regretting it, then I just have some tips on the refund process.
In all your emails to them, be respectful and kind, because it sounds like from the other reviews they can easily just stop responding - they did eventually to me too, but not before I got some money back from them... So hold off on attacking them and keep the conversation going by being polite, even if you're infuriated.
Secondly, don't bother sending the items back for a refund... the tracking only tracks until China's borders... then of course there is no more tracking, so who knows where it ends up.
Instead, to get some of the money back that you spent, accept the offer to keep the clothes and receive a percentage refund. Bargain them up to 30% and then take it (after they offered 20%, I asked for 40% and they said 30% was the highest they would go). That is the best you can do against this scam, sadly.

This company is DISGUSTING

This company is DISGUSTING! It is a scam run from China. The product I ordered does not even look like what I ordered. Cheap, nasty material and design … oh my god … really.
One star is not even acceptable … the return policy ridiculous and would cost more than the product is worth … so MONEY LOST TO A SCAM. A very expensive lesson!!!!

🚨 AVOID!!!

🚨 AVOID, AVOID! 🚨 - Misleading Business, Poor Quality Products & No Refunds

I purchased four items totaling over $255 from Byron Bay Boutique - Australia, thinking it was an Australian business, but it turned out to be a deceptive company shipping from China with no ABN.

The products were cheap, defective, and falsely advertised:

Two pairs of shoes broke within seconds, one causing an injury.

Orthopedic sandals were flimsy, lacked support, and not orthopedic as claimed.

Orthopedic sneakers arrived 6-7 weeks late, too small, unlabeled, and mislabeled as a "polyester dress."

The seller ignored my complaints, blocked my emails, and tried to force me to return items to China at my expense for only a 25% refund—a clear breach of Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Thankfully, PayPal refunded me in full, but the company is closing down, likely to avoid further accountability.

This business misleads customers, sells poor-quality products, and refuses refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! 🚨

This company is a scam! Not Australian!

This company is a scam! They fob themselves off as Byron bay boutique which I stupidly thought was in NSW! Received my order pair of sandals , definitely not the quality expected and within days my feet started sweating, they are not breathable and retain odour !!! How dare these companies pass themselves off as Australian! Our government should wake and block these companies instead of selling our souls to them!!!!

DISGUSTING

DISGUSTING! BUYER BEWARE!
I was expecting a beautiful set from an Australian company (so I thought) and the item was not cheap to buy but when I received delivery it is not as photographed or described. Really bad quality and incorrect sizing.
When asked to return, they refunded me only 20% as the postage cost was going to be AUD25 to post to CHINA!

WARNING!!!

WARNING: Absolutely disgusted with 'Byron Bay Boutique'. The product received - (after purchasing online) was appalling - and nothing like what was photographed. The "return" to China (registered post from Australia) was a farce. I have been totally scammed & feel like a fool for donating my hard-earned-money to these unethical vultures! (Suddenly they are 'shutting up shop'!) Go away. Stay away. Please, ACCC - never, ever let these people (whoever they are) start another business, under another name in Australia to repeat this outright theft from honest customers.
