It's been 45+ days of not receiving my wife's infusion sets. She is now out of them. Multiple calls (8-10) with various run-around tactics (need to prescription, etc). Main reason is "Tandem is o... See more

This company is a scam. They ship the equipment, and after about a month or a month and a half, their 15-day return policy has already expired. Then they bill you and refuse to accept returns, forcing you to pay the full amount. Their representatives respond to questions in a very sarcastic manner and refuse to transfer you to a supervisor.
When I placed my order and when it arrived, it never included a bill or any notice that my insurance did not cover the equipment, even though the company had all my insurance information. They knew from the beginning that my insurance would not cover the equipment, yet they shipped it without requiring any upfront payment and waited until the return policy expired to send me the bill.
They sold me a Libre 3 cgm. It is inaccurate by 60 points compared to a finger stick every time I have tried to use it in the last 2 months. I am unable to hear on a phone so I have to chat or email. I have tried dozens of time to do both. Every single time, while I am typing, they delete everything. Kaiser refuses to use any other company. If anyone were to believe this device, they would absolutely end up dying. Be very wary of this company. They mean you no good.
I've been working with Byram Healthcare for several months attempting to get CCG monitor which was prescribed by a doctor. I've spoken to several representatives over the past couple months who all had a different excuse as to why the prescription hasn't been filled. They're customer service (or lack there of) is completely ridiculous. I've given up and am having to look for other options.
I made no less than 10 phone calls to Byram trying to order my Dex comm supplies. The call center doesn't speak enough English to understand my frustrations. They kept saying "you need to call and have your insurance company contact us. Medicare is NOT going to call byram. They kept reading the same script over and over and over! I requested a manager multiple times they told me they were not available and to call my "insurance company!" I called Edgepark (another company) after being so frustrated and they took my order and resolved the problem with one 6 minute phone call. I will NEVER use them again- they wasted so much of my time because they do not speak English and were clueless about what the problem was and how to solve it.
We've been getting our sons ostomy supplies from Byram for 3 years now and for the last year the service has been extremely bad. Customer service is terrible and they always blame "the warehouse." To make matters worse, it seems we're now starting to get our calls directed overseas and there if there was zero empathy from customer service before its now even worse.
I am so mad and so disgusted with Byram Healthcare! I believe they lie and keep blaming the doctors’ offices for not getting the correct information to them. They also say they have to follow Medicare’s guidelines, but I don’t know that that’s true. I’m calling Medicare tomorrow to ask questions and to throw Byram under the bus! They should not be allowed to be a supplier of medical supplies!
Can I give 0 stars! It’s unreal how unreliable they are! Every year they get worse! I have an ileostomy and they keep sending me the wrong bags ! It’s like no one can read! Well Friday I told the lady and she says she’s going to express them to me.. then at night (when they are closed) I get a text saying they are requesting a new script for my bags! WTF!!!! This was my original order not extra ! I’m so upset! So now I’m walking around with a product that doesn’t work for me and I smell! THANK YOU BYRAM! I’m ready to start a class action for the amount of anxiety they have given me! It’s like they don’t seem to grasp that this is people’s lives they are screwing with! It doesn’t help that the reps are work from home and are scattered all over the place! If you ask for a manager they tell you that they need to email them and they’ll call you and never do. I really don’t know how they are still in business! It’s a mirror of how bad our health care has gotten, unless you are self pay and wealthy !
Every bad reveiw is correct. Customer service is terrible. I returned items (infusion sets) because the wrong ones were sent. And they sent the correct ones. I normally get both infusion sets and cartridges at the same time both covered 100% by insurance. I logged on today to order more sets and see a bill. I called (3 times) to talk to. customer service…the first two hung up mid sentence…and found out I was being billed for the cartridges. I can’t understand why randomly something that normally 100% paid for now requires that I pay. Not to mention O would have never known I had a bill to pay if I wouldn’t have logged in to place an order.
Poor customer service has happened multiple times over different things. each time I have to call back multiple times. I don’t understand how they even stay in business. Unfortunately so have no choice on where I order thru since my insurance will only work with this company.
They have billed me and duplicate billed my insurance company I am now in collection I have contacted them multiple times for almost 1 year to resolve it & they always say they're going to have a supervisor call me back and they never do I left a review on another platform that was negative and they replied and said they would get back to me what a joke what a lie they should have a class action lawsuit for scamming
Byram was tasked with providing me with Dexcom G7 sensors.. These sensors cost 75 dollars each at a local pharmacy. They cost 100 dollars from Amazon.
Byram received a prescription for a 90 day supply or 9 units. They then charged my Medicare 2500.00 and sent me a bill for 600.. How can any company rip the government off by 1600 dollars, and then expect the person to pay almost full retail for the items on top of it..
Before you allow this company to fill any of your scripts, just know they are stealing from you and your insurance..
Terrible customer service! I was told for a week that they did not have any orders from my doctor. Then after purchasing supplies elsewhere, I get a call that they are shipping a 900$ order without my permission! They are clueless and are of zero help to fix any problem!
They don't send diabetic supplies to us when we need them but end up causing countless delays. I'm sorry we ever heard of this company. Worst company ever. Run away
There should be negative stars. By all means, DO NOT order your supplies with this company. You will pay 1000x more than any other pharmacy. They have terrible customer service and the WORST people who can not help you. They will talk to you off their sheet of key phrases and not actually provide any help or support. I repeat, DO NOT use Byram.
This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with in a very long time. Their customer service representatives lack a lot skills. This company definitely needs to invest in some customer service training! When one of their representatives argues with a Medicare agent in a three-way conversation that my medicare insurance is inactive and the Medicare agent is telling them it is in force. You know you have problems.
I want to give 0 if there is an option. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Last year Byram got declined by my insurance for one of my orders, and they did nothing about it, excepting refusing my online order. Every time I had to make the order through phone, and customer service always asked me to call billing team first. No matter how many times billing said it's fine for me to place a new order, the customer service never put a note in system, so they keep checking with me when the supply is ordered, and when the supply is shipped. Today I have called over an hour to repeat my order, because somehow was rejected. The representatives had no knowledge about product, or policy. It's a nightmare.
This company sent me the wrong diabetic supplies and refused to take them back. They billed Medicare over $800 for these supplies that I cannot use. The order from my doctor clearly stated what was needed and they failed to follow the doctor’s order. They refuse to allow me to speak to a supervisor. After three hours of phone calls, I hope the problem is solved.
Our order was placed by my daughter's surgeon. Order arrived, NO invoice. We get an invoice 3 months later for $950 for for about $210 worth of supplies. They are charging $32 EACH what should be about $6 each. I call in, they say the price is the negotiated price w/ insurance company, just get the health insurance resolved. That should be insurance fraud. So, insurance pays about $600 and they send me an invoice for the rest. Absolutely not. They already got $600 for $210 of product. There is no pricing on the website. I would have rejected/returned the order if I knew how much price gouging there would be. Companies like Byrum are what is wrong w/ the healthcare industry. How are these vultures allowed to be in business?
Nutty. These folks are scammers, I guess. Received a bill for my mom (deceased)….bill said she ordered wound care supplies Dec. 5th 2024. First bill comes June 6th 2025??? No itemization of what was ordered. They say they can’t tell me what was ordered. But it was $814??? They say insurance paid -0-. But they ‘discounted’ the whatever-the-hell it was she “bought” by $690…and now it’s just over $123.00. Okaaay….hmm. Fishy. So, I look up to see what was going on Dec.5th 2024. Mom was IN THE HOSPITAL with no access to her credit card on that day and a few days both prior and aft. I said she is deceased and they want a death certificate. Um, that has her social security number on it. Deceased or not, you DON’T just send that to random companies. EVER. You send a death certificate for things like life insurance polices, retirement accounts, property deed transfers, probate, etc. On the bill, it states that you can pay your bill online. It wouldn’t allow me to set up an online account or log in: because Mom’s email address ISN’T found in their system. There’s no way to look up the bill simply by using the customer or statement number. My educated GUESS is: they are one of those scammers that calls elderly people and says “We’re sending a box of supplies to you”. Then, they do (or don’t) send something and they bill Medicare. If Medicare pays, then they are successful…if not, they “discount” it and send a bill to the unsuspecting elderly person. Well, this elderly lady is deceased, so I guess they can shove it. No probate here….we had ALL OUR DUCKS IN A ROW. Byram Healthcare appears to be a scam and most reviews on this page appear to back up that assertion.
Company sent me 100% defective equipment. Didn't even know what was returned every time I had to pack things up a particular way & my time & effort to return their defective products.one sensor could've put me in a glucose coma kept saying low blood sugar.this company needs a class action law suit. They claim they're American based I kept getting transferred to a second company clearly not American now they said they will no longer replace their defective products & I'm back without a meter
If I could give them a zero I would. The agents are rude.. supervisors never call back.. they haven’t gotten his order right since I been here. And worse of all they have no corporate number. I say DO NOT GO WITH THEM! They only care about the insurance money not your needs!!!!!
