If I could give less stars I would, this is a scam company, they take your money and don’t send the item, several emails ignored, I logged a fraud case with my bank. How is the company allowed to carry on trading and scamming people!!!

Ordered the buy one get free Ysabella maxi sundress and have never received anything at all. They never replied to my email. Please don’t waste your money on them.

I ordered the BOGO dresses from this company and saw reviews regarding them 2 hours after i ordered. I have emailed 3 times to try and cancel my order and receive a refund and have not heard a word back. I know that i can technically take them to small claims court and they've pissed me off enough that i just might...

Worst customer service ever! Promised to deliver items in 10 days, it has been over a month and no items have been delivered! Asked for a refund only to be lied and told the order was shipped on the 25 of June, still no order to be seen, avoid like the plague!!!!

Got the Buy1-Get1 free but it was totally a lie. Got only one of the dresses I purchase, the quality wasn't even close to what appears on the website; when contacting customer service several times, I kept getting the same automatic response, a total joke and disrespect to people who trust and support this business.

Scam website! They do not respond to you. The buy one get one free offer is not even a thing that is legit! Please do not waste your money on this scam website!

My "buy one get one free" order ,which included two Celine Corset Midi Dresses, came in late and wrong. Not only did I receive only one dress, but the quality pictured on their website doesn't reflect reality at all! Save your money and go spend it somewhere else

Terrible, avoid at all costs, I ordered a buy one get one free dress, only one of the two dresses ever showed up. It fit terrible, was cheap, looked nothing like the picture, and when you email them about returns you never get a reply so the return policy is BS. Do NOT give them your money

The dresses are such poor quality and absolutely nothing like the pictures, plus for refund requests the email does not exist.
Keep your money and go somewhere else.

Absolutely not what it looks like on the pictures shown in the reviews. They’re probably all fake. The material is very cheap, it’s see through and the lacing in the back is way too high and makes the dress look weird and saggy.
Please DO NOT BUY this. Biggest regret ever.

Abysmal quality.
Ordered two dresses, one eventually came & the other hasn’t yet- but the first dress is such bad quality that it’s not something I can wear anyway.
Does not look like the photo on the website. Cheap, thin material, bad, wonky stitching and none of the details of the dress in the picture. The bra cup details are just stitched rather than wired and sit half way up my (B cup) boobs.
Absolute waste of money.

Ordered a yellow and blue midi dress,one came in pink and the wrong size .One never came at all.Totally different dresses then what I thought I was getting.
Shipping at the time of purchase said 6 to 11 days ,my package took 6 weeks .
It's a scam
