Didn’t receive the product ….don’t buy ! Its a scam .waste of money

I would give this company zero stars if I could. It’s been 27 days since I sent an email and I still haven’t received a response. Terrible customer service. Their ad was found on Instagram—avoid buying from this company.

I ordered 2 dresses and it’s been about 3 weeks and still didn’t get them, plus they don’t respond on my emails

wrong size received, supposed to get 2 dress, one dress was received and took over 20 days to get delivered. Terrify customer services. MUST AVOID.

Only 1 of the 2 dresses i ordered arrived and the quality was absolutely horrifying. also contacted customer support before they came and never received a reply. DONT ORDER HERE

If I could I would give zero. After waiting for months i got one dress, another one missing. And it’s nothing like the picture itself.

Sadly my experience is just like the rest.
Bought 2 dresses for £23 no tracking, no response to my email and no way to get a refund.
This is a SCAM.

My daughter is a student so doesn’t have much money. She bought 2 dresses over a month ago, no delivery and no reply from company. Reading reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. Is this company legit?

I ordered nearly 4 weeks ago now and I am still yet to receive anything.
I then asked for a refund due to the items being so delayed that they wouldn’t arrive in time for a weekend I had on Monday now.
I am since had all emails ignored.
Absolute joke of a company with extremely poor customer service.

ORDERED 2 DRESSES TO WEAR TO A WEDDING, PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY. IT IS NOW OVER DUE BY 5 DAYS. I HAVE SENT 8 EMAILS AND NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAILS BACK WITH A RESPONCE.
AVOID BUYING AND REPORT THEM TO TRANDING STANDARDS.

Worst experience ever!!!

Absolutely shocking.

I purchased items back in April/ May. Received one dress in May. And well.. the quality was disgraceful. I have contacted them MULTIPLE times to arrange return of my first item and nothing! it’s something you order on line and laugh when it turns up, thinking it’s from wish as the products are that bad.

Still NO item
No return
No refund
No communication or updates

Scam! Do not waste your money here.

Very unimpressed with this company. I wish I had researched them a bit before ordering. Ordered two dresses on 3rd July, only one has arrived (and only arrived on 7th August) and the quality is absolutely appalling. I thought they were a UK-based company, but the items were posted from China. The dresses looked high quality on the website but the material is cheap, flimsy and see-through.
Returns are done via email, I have not had a response from them and I doubt I will get my money back or see the second dress.
AVOID.

Simply awful. They never responded to my emails about the shippment. I am still waiting for my items that I ordered a month ago. Also, I ordered 1+1 free item, the second item is never even sent. Shame on you, you need to be closed!

Oh my G! The reviews are all insane. I was lucky that i ordered only 1 item that cost around 25€ as i want to try the credibility of this small business. It has been a week and no order shipping tracking has been sent to me. I sent them an email askjng for a follow up and the last email today to give me back my 25€ money. Peeps if you are reading this stop supporting that small cheap business until they close down. Business like this does not deserve any single customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been hands down the most infuriating and disappointing experience I’ve ever had with any company, ever.

I placed an order and not only has it STILL not arrived, but the complete lack of communication is just insulting. No updates, no tracking, no apology—nothing. It’s like my order vanished into a black hole and the company simply does not care.

Customer service? A joke. Reaching out for help feels like shouting into a void. They either don’t respond or give copy-paste nonsense that doesn’t resolve anything.

This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t value its customers at all. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere. I honestly regret ever ordering from here.

Sent several emails bought two dresses no response and items never arrived. SCAM company, do not buy from here they are making a killing with taking peoples hard earned money and not sending items- AVOID AT ALL COSTS
