Overall, the delivery was timely and reliable, despite some confusion with the route at the beginning.

The Installers from Byeway did a great job of installing a White Stores Legacy Pergola. They arrived on time and went straight to work and were finished in a couple of hours. They made sure I was happy with the positioning and ran through how to operate the louvres and blinds.

The two-man team were very professional and polite. They were careful with the large delivery item and put it exactly where I needed it. They phoned beforehand and advised me when they would arrive. Excellent service from them both.

James and Paul were a pleasure to meet. They let us know when they were 30 mins away. Installed the pergola and lights very efficiently. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

Very good and informative communications for delivery. Original date wasn't suitable but the process was very easy to accept our dismiss and arrange an alternate date.
Delivery drivers were also informative, calling half hour before delivery and a tracking method was available for more info. A standard others should follow.

We were kept informed prior to delivery. The promised phone call arrived half an hour before, again as promised. The delivery was made within the three hour time slot given. They followed our instructions on placing the packages. The two men were pleasant and courteous. The packages arrived undamaged.

Pre delivery information was good. Arrived within 3 hour delivery slot, including a phone call 20 minutes before arriving. Two delivery men were very friendly and obliging. Packaging was 6 very large boxes and placed where I requested.

So, i had one half of a stable door delivered on a Monday and by Tuesday midday I had the other half which the warehouse had not checked on the first lorry, quite by accident. Mistakes happen; it's how you deal with them that counts. Both the drivers and the warehouse staff dealt with the issue with courtesy and due diligence. This delivery service is excellent.

The delivery was on time but they did not notify us on arrival, and left the (extremely) heavy package in the centre of our drive and left. Still no notification of there presence. We have no idea of any possible damage at this stage as it needs moving to the rear of our property, therefore it is currently unopened. There is slight damage to the packaging.
