By Castello will not exchange purchased items. In the event you receive your purchase and for whatever reason you don't like it, it appears they will not exchange it, for a website company this - in my opinion - is unacceptable.

Scam company, thieves and liars!

This is a SCAM company. Please stay away, they are not based in the UK and their products are very poor quality, over sized and do not fit. Their customer service is the worst. No exchanges or refunds or if you are lucky they offer 5% refund and you are stuck with bad product.
PLEASE STAY CLEAR!

One star review is too good!!! All these reviews speak for themselves, I ordered two sweatshirts for my daughters, they arrived two weeks later, not fit for purpose, extremely poor quality. They’re ’reviewing’ my order before accepting a return which is completely ridiculous and against consumer rights. Yes wish I had seen these reviews before ordering but hopefully this will help people, this company needs to be shut down asap. I am raising a dispute with my bank so should should be able to get my money back as I paid by credit card, hope this helps people!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Bought set and when received it was terrible quality. Tried to return and they told me I can’t as I don’t meet the criteria?! When they state on there site they accept returns within 14days of receiving item. Avoid at all costs.

AWFUL. The quality is horrendous. The package took ages to arrive and when it did the shoes I ordered were damaged. They did not look anything like the original picture on the website. I emailed for a refund and they offered me a 5% refund or to fund the return back to China. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are horrendous!!!!!

Clothes are terrible condition. Cheap, trousers were see through and nothing like the pictures. Stay well clear of this company.

Flip flops are advertised as leather.
They are synthetic and made in China.
There was no returns label included.
Customer services gave incomplete information which led me to return the item back to warehouse they didn't recognise even though it was the return address on the package. After nearly 2 weeks of tennis emails they acknowledged their dire service and said they would issue a refund. The day after they went back on their word and refuse to give me any refund.
This company is to be avoided.

Fraudsters! They failed to deliver the product ordered (maybe a good thing having now seen the reviews) and wouldn't give me a refund as they said the failed delivery was due to me supplying incorrect details. On the order confirmation from them, all of my details are correct.

AVOID If there were 0 star option I would choose it. The same as everyone else on the site - 100% linen shirts that had no linen, zero customer service replies for weeks & then the usual 'outside the policy' answers. AVOID

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought three linen blend shirts because they looked very stylish on the website. On receipt the shirts were cheaply made, mis-shapen knocks-offs with labels saying 100% polyester! I asked for a free return label as this was their error. I was asked for photos which I provided. I was told return postage was my responsibility. Castello gave me an address in China to return them too. I sent them to the charity shop! Don't be lured by the pictures. This is fraud.

I wouldn't even give it one star really. The company is a chinese rip off company who post pictures of quality clothing then send you a copy that is made in china and low quality. The company hide behind a .co.uk website so looks legit but isn't. Don't buy from this company.

Received garmet damaged. Sent photos refund refused. This outfit should be banned from trading to the U.K Crooks and thieves.

Do not use this company. The item I ordered looked nothing like what they were advertising . False misleading advertising. Cheap and flimsy material. The return policy (to China) is very difficult and one you have to pay for yourself which is very costly to China so not worth it. Overall very dissatisfied. Stay clear

The delivery delayed, material is inferior, does not match the descriptions, I asked for refund but they said they don't do refund, I should send it and bear the postage cost, since they don't do refund, they can only offer to give me 5% of the order cost, what a insult 😉 🙄?
This is a crap company, please ran far from them. They are scam!!!!

By far the worst clothing company I have ever used, this clothing is Shien like items, yet charging a luxury premium.
Awful customer service to return items who go against online policy AND takes over 2 weeks for delivery of the awful products from china anyway.

Dreadful product and lied about product on their website!
Website says: 'Men's Cotton Polo Shirt Summer Style' Shirts that recieved made of: 20% Rayon, 75% polyester, 5% Spandex. I do not buy plastic clothes and this is a compelte con since they were sold as 'cotton'.

Ordered two different colours. Wrong order was sent. Took months to get order. Do not order from this company please

BE AWARE! They are fraudsters. Purchased 1 S/S Shirt and 1 T-shirt, both XL for men. Paying £ 62 (not cheap). Received the tops, all crumpled up, of the right size but for Children.
When I contested the sale, providing clear evidence (photos with a measuring tape extended across the chest), they replied asking me to return the Items but to bear the cost of their shipping to China (the Contact address was Oslo in Norway).
I refused to do so, pointing out ByCastello’s Return Policy, which commits them to provide a label for Free Return, in case of the supply of incorrect items.
ByCastello did not accept my claim and now I have started a refund process with my Credit Card.
It seems to be a widespread type of fraud: the scammers, usually based in the Netherlands, set up slick sites (often with Italian names) and try to sell large ‘job lots’ of defective and unsuitable garments, stocked in China.

Ordered a zip up fleece from this company. Arrived after 12 days. The Large jumper was much smaller than a MEDIUM from other companies and was unwearable (too small) i have been informed that they will refund if I pay return postage. Not good enough! Avoid this company
