Always on time, always sorts the issue with professionalism and deals with any unforeseen anomalies without any drama. All work is done with minimum disruption and to a very high standard. Ben prides himself on attention to detail and a quality service and that is why I refer all my family and friends to him.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish, very good communication from quoting, to booking and text reminder on the morning. Ben does a high quality job and is we found him to be very trustworthy and helpful.

New wiring in en-suite
Ben has just been back for our 2nd fix. Great price, great service and top drawer workmanship. Really happy with the work and Ben is a pleasure to deal with, but I’m particularly impressed with how Ben is embracing technology to deliver an all round efficient and convenient service for customers, such as sending quotes for acceptance with one click of a button and reminder text messages to confirm he’s visiting. Ben, I hope your business continues to thrive, we’ll definitely book you next time we need work done.
