Fantastic quality barstools and also excellent customer service. I had a few queries before I ordered and I got in touch. I got answers straight away . I will definitely be using them again .

I ordered an indoor stool and bench 2/6/ 2026 and have not received the items as of 4/15/2026.
I have been following the status on the UPS website. The items were received in the Louisville, KY. UPS warehouse 2/18/2026 and has yet to be shipped to me.
I emailed Crea 3/12/2026 to ask for assistance and was advised by Sara, “Your order is on its way, so please allow a little more time.”
Then I received an email from Nicole 3/13/2026 stating, “The estimated time for delivery is today - finally an update!"
I am so disappointed because if the counter stool works for my condo, I wanted to order four additional stools.”

The chairs look great and feel very sturdy. Love the minimalistic look and it looks great in the space. One of the chairs came chipped off and after contacting them they immediately offered a solution. Definitely recommend!

Always a worry buying furniture online without physically seeing it, but we liked the design and took the risk. Our barstools are absolutely perfect! Beautifully crafted and top quality. They arrived very quickly. We are very happy with our purchase.

I purchased 4 Philip bars stalls during August 25 and was extremely pleased with the timing of the deliver and quality of the product. unfortunately I have recently had an issue with one stall, but I have to commend by Crea how they dealt with my issue so promptly and efficiently replacing the stall with no quibble, communication was excellent. I would highly recommend by Crea

And they were very low backed so did not disrupt the view we have 😊

I was looking ages for the perfect barstool for my kitchen bar. After seeing the ones I loved on an instagram post I went directly to the website of "by Crea" and found the ones I loved. I was a bit sceptical to order online from another country but the website gave me reassurance that it was legit.
I ordered two and the communication was great. They arrived quick and very well packed.
I have been enjoying them a lot and the quality is as aspected.

I love the barstools. The quality is excellent and ordering was easy. By Crea was responsive, and quite frankly, far exceeded my expectations as we worked through an issue with shipping, and the bar stools arrived quickly.

Great product, superb customer service! I ordered 6 stools for my new house which I needed by Christmas. They sent an email to make sure I had ordered the correct height stools and then got them here early-saving family from eating Christmas dinner sitting on the floor. Can’t speak highly enough about the quality and service!
