Deducted amount from my credit card. No email confirming my order. Ring the number on the website and it isn't even a number. Total HOAX/SCAM website. Do NOT use.

This mob sent through a watch for my son which I purchased last March, We got the watch and the hand dials wouldn’t calibrate despite trying to talk to them their IVR says send through an email to have a warranty issue attended to so we did. What do I get? An email with a link to some random overseas YouTuber on how to calibrate the dials. I Had an issue with the watch from day one and these imbeciles had no intentions of helping just a link. Tried a few times with follow up emails no response! and recently took the opportunity to send another email but now 8days with no response again! Don’t be fooled and buy from them, go and visit a real dealer outlet elsewhere and you get the service you deserve.

Great experience. These guys are knowledgeable and honest. I bought one for my dad and called to check if it was available. When I told them I prefer one with large numbers or something easier to read, the gentleman on the phone actually told me that the watch I was getting is too dark, so might be hard for dad to read. He steered me to another watch which was actually cheaper (that's rare in my experience!) and Dad was very happy with it!

Fast delivery too, I was in Rural VIC at the time and I still received it the next day.

They are professional, i asked them a few questions about Gshock codes and abbreviation i don't understand. They answered them correctly and i am happy.

I bought gshock 1 for myself and 1 for my wife. We both happy with the watches. Because they made in thailand and that's what we wanted.

The delivery so quick, express only 1 day arrived at my place. They packed them so nicely so no damage at all when we received them.

They even gave us discount voucher for our next purchase.

I have just received my new Baby G watch and am very impressed with the service as it took under 24 hours to reach me in Queensland. I do find the band rather a tight fit on my wrist as I didn't think I had a large wrist, band fits on 2nd hole. Can I get a larger band anywhere?

I brought a Casio G Shock from these guys. Water appeared under the glass 2 months later. When I contacted them they said this was normal for Casio watches. I requested they replace or repair and my emails were completely ignored. I contacted Casio directly who informed me that a lot of people have had this trouble with Buywatchesnonline. I would never buy with these guys again.

The best when I saw it I really thought it was too good to be true and i ordered a Monday morning at 9 am and it was at my house the Tuesday morning at 7:30 great service would recommend

Found this site while searching for what to get my kids, it's a lot cheaper. Was a bit concerned because usually if something seems to be too good to be true... but glad to be wrong in this case. Saves a lot of hassle when wondering what to get kids/friends/even the wife!

I accidentally put in wrong shipping details. Customer service called me straight away to confirm to be able to post the watch out same day. I received the parcel next day!
