I buyed the complete game, with instruccions and the case, and i hacve only recibe the cartridge.

And now what?

Whats is the solution?

It came earlier than expected i did get pokemon white 2 instead of 1 but i would have preffered that anyway

The stuff was there for me notifying where the product was. It took a while but the game is working fine for now. Haven’t played much. Need to test local trading with another DC (got a Pokémon game). The system recognizes it as the real one.

Purchasing, paying, sending and receiving were good, no complaints there.

The reason why I'm still unhappy is that I was under the impression I was buying Pokemon White 2 itself, not a romhack of it.

Now that I look back I see it is what the invoice said, but I feel it's not mentioned clearly enough for people who don't expect it.

Awesome customer service. I wanted refund and firstly they didn't react. In couple weeks I've got apology email that something went wrong. So they refunded me my payment and also let me keep that refunded game as apology. I'm very happy and suprised with result.

Everything with order and delivery went well but there were some issues with the cartridges. Was quite disappointed at first but exceptional customer service saved the purchase.

So I'm not sure if I'm a special case here compared to all of the positive reviews but basically I made a purchase 9 days ago and never got a shipping email. I tried contacting them via customer support email on a couple occasions now but never heard back. I did receive a receipt but that's all. I can't call their number because my phone doesn't cover international numbers (spain apparently) so I'm just in the dark. Some people may think I'm jumping the gun but it's really not sitting right with me when their detail ship time is 2-4 business days and it's been nearly 10 since I placed my order (7 business days). I've opened a dispute case to get my money back. It's not much in terms of money but I could seriously use my money elsewhere.

UPDATE: Whelp! I just checked my email and guess what was waiting for me? Not even two hours after I opened the dispute buytoplaygame contacted me. It made me chuckle because apparently it was shipped they never told me... fun.
