I purchased a nintendo ds game that is quite difficult to find. The communication from Sam was excellent and very prompt. They gave helpful advice on delivery times. The game came well packaged and works perfectly. It is in very good condition.

Got a fake game, original sticker was changed. Ordered pokemon soulsilver and got some spongebob game =(

Very friendly and good customer service! I ordered a bunch of games, they came in 2 packages. All the while good communicatione via email over this. the second package had one game missing from the package. They were very friendly and send this game right away. It takes a while for the games to arrive, but it feels safe, now that I have experienced that they respond very fast and deliver as promised. From one of the emails : if anything happen to the package you are fully covered by our buyer protection policy.

I orderd Pokemon Soulsilver for nintendo ds and got a fake ds card with a micro sd card in with a Spongebob game on. Not ordering again 0/10. But hey shipping was perfect.

Buytoplaygame is a very good site to play retro games for a good price.

Shipping could be a little faster though and they need to respond to every email.

The games work without any problems. The delivery was good and even after there were some delivery issues, the shop owner was very kind and tried to resolve the issues immediately.

Sam is always attentive to his customers: I've never waited him replying for an answer more than a day. Deliveries are real quick, even though in the website it's written that the delivery time could last for 3-4 weeks, mine always arrived in maximum 15 days. I have enjoyed all the games that I bought and in the future I would love to buy more from him without any hesitation.

Probably the greatest website to buy whatever game you need that you can't find anywhere else. You can get 90 euro games for 15 euro amazing. The customer service Is brilliant too. Also after your first game you can get a discount code that lasts forever.

I was very satisfied with the service, my goods were delayed so I wrote them and they checked out where it's stucking and my delivery arrived a few days after. Also they're very nice and friendly.

fast delivery and response to my questions en the best part, the games works perfectly. i am pleased with it.

Games work. Shipment was alright (took a bit long, but then again it shipped somewhere from Asia to Europe). Got little plastic cartridge cases with each game. Would've preferred to get the original boxes, but I think I can't expect that for this price. Price is really nice. I think one or all of them are repos, but since they work, I don't really care. One of the artworks on the cartridge is not the original one, which is a little bit of a bummer, but other than that fine.

i thought i would get a real copy of the game but instead i got a game cartridge with a SD card in the back with a fake copy of the game would not buy
