Ooops...Will use this service again
I am rewriting a review I had posted 6 days ago about having a bad experience with Buythecase. It turns out my order had been delivered in a timely fashion, complete, and in good shape. The person I had sent it to had no idea I had sent them the present and when it arrived...they thought they had ordered it themselves and therefore did not acknowledge they had gotten anything from me when I asked about it days after it had already arrived to check on it. I did send 2 emails and called once with no response from Buythecase. It was after the 2nd call I made that they contacted me about when the package was delivered. I accused them of non delivery and blah blah blah blah. I sincerely apologize for my brashness and also for my friend's drifty mind. I made the stink because of my friends inability to recall she didn't make the purchase I sent and denied getting a present from me during the time the package should have already arrived. Again...I apologize from the bottom of my heart and do recommend this service to everyone. Thankyou.no
