Dishonest company. I wrote a negative review for one of their scents because it sucked. I got a rude email from the owner stating that taste is subjective or some nonsense. What are the reviews even for? My review was never posted. If you look, you'll notice they ONLY post glowing reviews, some of which I suspect are fake.

Just stinks is more like it. Cloying and nausea inducing fragrance that I had to toss - a waste of $60. Tried four different scents so this was across the board.

Would leave zero stars if possible. NO quality control at all. Ordered sample of a scent, it was OK enough to get more. The larger size came as multiple small bottles not as one big bottle. Some of the new bottles looked like the sample did but smelled a lot weaker & other bottles were just blobs of undiluted aroma material that had fallen out of solution. Clearly they did not bother re-warming and remixing the aroma material back into solution before bottling these up, so some bottles are absolute bombs of scent and some have no scent at all. And neither smell like sample did, nor did a mixture of the two together. So forget getting any replicate-able fragrance from this place from one order to the next or even one bottle to the next. Useless when customers want to come back and re-buy the same scents that they loved. These are going in the hazmat trash and will never order from here again. Learn from the mistake of me and many others and AVOID THIS PLACE!

damn i’ve never seen a company with this bad of customer service. the products ordered were just as bad & schloppy as becky herself.

Becky with the bad hair reuses old containers and seals with ELECTRICAL TAPE. What the hellll. Such a dodgy ‘business’. I wouldn’t be letting these ‘scents’ loose near my family.

Don’t order from here, the owner is extremely cold and rude.

Don’t purchase from here, they take your money and don’t send the product. Then, when you contact customer service, they’re extremely rude, and then ask YOU to pay more for re-shipping (even though it wasn’t shipped in the first place)

Becky, the owner of the company, is extremely rude. Very unprofessional, and with a bad attitude towards all her customers, regardless of their reason for contacting. Absolutely nasty attitude.

Very unprofessional and horrible attitude, as much as you don’t want it to be true the customer comes first seeing as they pay YOUR bills. I’d highly recommend investing in some customer etiquette classes and making sure you finish your coffee before responding to YOUR money makers or getting someone to communicate with the public.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely awful and I cannot believe that Becky speaks to her customers the way she does. She is rude, arrogant and unhelpful. She should be ashamed of her behaviour. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Utterly abhorrent behaviour from the rudest woman I've ever encountered in my life.
Snotty, abrubt and arrogant. Her emails to be have been posted in all the candle groups I'm in and people are appalled at her behaviour. Utterly vile person and she should be ashamed.
My oils came today and none are sealed and all have different levels of oil in, I wish I could show images here.
My advice would be to go with Essentials By Catalina, who have fab customer service and even sent me a huge free soap. All I got from Becky is horrendous customer service, oils that smell out of date, an attitude and awful emails after spending $300 and after asking for a refund she said "awesome!".
A nasty person who needs to realise her customers PAY HER BILLS.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!
Also the review further down is fooling nobody, it's definitely her that posted it as nobody could say nice things about her!

I’m ignoring all the bad talk. BECKY is the owner and she is constantly being attacked by people. She is amazing and sweet on every single level possible. I have nothing bad to say about her. Yes she can come off as rude (your messaging and taking her tone wrong so don’t.) she is the best.
I will be a forever customer of Just scent. Shipping is fast. Customer service is GREAT. All her products are top quality. She has a lot of complex scents that some people won’t like. That’s okay! She has a lot of basic ones too! Please stop talking bad about her. She puts in hard work. She strives for the best customer service. I hope Becky sees this and knows how appreciative we are of you and your company!
Also- customer service support is same day! Even late at night she works!

I will be a forever customer of Just Scent! The oils are simply the best! They are true oils, not watered down not altered just plain strong. My customers prefer when I use their oils as my wax melts come out so strong and clean! I have tried so so many oil companies and never had a product even come close to Just Scents.

I also need to speak for a minute about the company and owner. I have been in business for about a year now and the owner has taken time out of their crazy schedule to answer each and every one of my many questions. She has shown a genuine interest in helping me and has gone above and beyond for me. I am so thankful for her. She owes me nothing, she doesn’t know me but over the last year I feel like I’m much more than just a number. I don’t know how she accomplishes that while balancing an insane work load.

All in all Just Scent is just a top notch company all the way around!

WOW! What an incredibly RUDE company! I've never ordered here, but now, NEVER WILL, due to how utterly rude & completely dismissive they treated a potential customer. My mind is blown by the level of sheer rudeness, as in all my years of asking questions (to make better purchasing decisions) & placing orders online, I've NEVER ONCE received such a rude reply! I was planning on placing an order, but was torn between several options. I very politely contacted them, explained my situation & humbly asked if they might help me by offering a suggestion (as I've done previously with many online retailers who are happy to do so). The very first line in their response back to me was, "Ok- you lost me in your book. What is the actual question?". Are you kidding me? THAT'S how you respond to people? By dissing them right out the gate? I didn't realize there was a character limit to this company's reading comprehension. This was merely a statement to be rude & condescending though, as they then went on to answer my question by telling me to buy samples & figure it out myself. No introduction addressing me as a HUMAN- AT ALL, and didn't even bother ending with a proper salutation, or a name as to who wrote the reply; just an extremely rude jab followed by a completely unhelpful response where "F-you!" would have felt better! My recommendation: GO ELSEWHERE, TO THE MANY OTHER SUPPLIERS WHO ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO BE KIND, HELPFUL & POLITE; WHO DON'T LACK BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE & AREN'T ALLERGIC TO TREATING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WITH BASIC HUMAN COURTESY. This company should change its name from "Just Scent" to "Just Get Bent", because that's how they treat people. Not even deserving of ONE star, but zero isn't an option. P.S. This is the first time I have EVER given a 1-star review; to anyone or anything.

I am a seasoned chandler who has been making scented candles for 30+ years. My other supplier folded up shop, so I figured I would give them a try. Their oils are not fresh and they sent me ones that had clearly gone bad. 7 out of the 10 I ordered stunk to high heaven and were not usable. I wrote to them about this, and their response was "We are sorry you don't like our scents". Don't waste your time or money with this company.
