I like the product and ease of ordering, but not received it yet. Annoying that website says 10 days delivery and it is probably 5 weeks.
Also the 5% discount does not get applied.

These sheds are terrible I paid £729.00 and it has bad gaps in all four side and I mean gaps some are 8mm wide , I would not honestly go near them they are terrible

Have to say the search menus could be allot better I was looking for a 3’wide by 6’ deep not easy to find I gave up twice

Buying the shed was easy, delivery was good, but the quality of the shed is very dissapointing, its very flimsy and thin and the roof has sagged immediately and iv had to put a prop under it, very dissapointed

The delivery service was exceptional. I haven't yet opened the item, but they were really helpful so I wanted to leave a review.

They had the best price for a 7x5 shed. It was delivered on the stated day in flat pack format. Every part needed was there and assembly was fairly easy.
25 year anti-rot guarantee as well. Love it.

I was not very impressed with the overall quality of the shed given the price, but I could have lived with that. The main issue was that the wrong instructions came with the shed itself so we couldn't quite figure out how to get it to fit together and to top it off when we got to the roof, some fairly significant pieces of hardware were missing from the kit. We contacted the team and overall the communication was good albeit a bit slow, but we were sent the wrong pieces again and had to follow up a few times before the right ones were sent. It was quite frustrating and given we had our bikes in the living room for several weeks as a result quite inconvenient as well. Not great, however the person I spoke to on the phone was lovely and apologetic which is appreciated but still not quite good enough.

A good and easy to navigate website. I found exactly what I wanted and payment was straightforward. I have given delivery instrucions and will be advised of a delivery date in due course. Very pleased with the experience so far!

I bought my shed from this company- it was a great price offered with a guarantee. Delivery was very efficient and communication after when the free gift was delayed and the padlock needed changing was great. A brilliant quality shed in very sturdy, attractive wood. They offered an assembly service but I had someone I knew to fix the shed.

Suki handled our order & was lovely. Very helpful & professional. She answered all my questions & went out of her way to sort things out for us.

Really friendly delivery driver, 'Andy L', he explained everything to me. My shed was delivered with care and professionalism, nothing was to much trouble. Quality of product excellent and just as expected. I would highly recommend 'Forest' for all garden needs, I will definitely be using them in the future.

EASY TO PLACE ORDER.

Wrong fixing sent, substandard quality. Loads of holes and gaps shed doesn’t join together properly, parts were bowed, felt is cheap and tears and will only last a year or two. Would not recommend.
