I bought from this company using eBay. Immediately after the purchase they started to communicate with me, without overdoing it, just to keep me updated with all stages of the sale (dispatch, delivery etc.).

The item I ordered, a door sign, arrived promptly, in mint conditions and as described.

Mine is only a minor experience but for whatever is worth it, I've had no issues with this company and would be happy to recommend it to others.

Not a great experience. I specifically ordered two pairs of large black boot covers, but was sent two medium covers - one pink and one blue !
Also, dispatch was supposed to be next day, but I got two emails, each delaying dispatch by another week - so the two (wrong) items eventually arrived after 13 days !
Customer Services did accepted the error and a refund was provided - however even that wasn't totally without issue, because I had to pay to return the items !

Item was as expected at a reasonable price but delivery was less than acceptable! After having ordered and paid with a 2 day delivery option I got an email saying it wouldn't be dispatched for another week. When pressed it was "In our other warehouse". Feel a bit deceived regarding stock levels TBH but as stated the item was acceptable when finally received. Will think twice about using these people again depending on how urgently I require something.
