Buy Ink Cartridges Reviews 

I was just about to purchase from their website as good price, but thought I'd do the usual checks first. Secure padlock symbol in address bar - yes... then looked for contact address,which is a P.O. Box, so then followed their links to Facebook, Google+ and Twitter - but first two discontinued and Twitter years out of date. Not going to risk it.

Ordered cartridges which they said they had in stock 10 days later with no email confirmation or contact re delivery I tried telephoning only for number to cut off instantly I emailed I eventually got a telephone call saying they would send other cartridges which I did not want and I have asked for a refund which I am still waiting on. I would not use this company and would encourage others to be aware

Ordered Tuesday arrived today Friday. No problems, Epson sealed pack of 4.and a compatable single too.
Got an email receipt straight after my order ( though it was in Spam)
So pleased as worried when I'd ordered then saw other reviews!
Excellent service

After coming across these reviews I almost cancelled my order. However I needn't have worried as I received my order the next day. All genuine Epson products as ordered and at a very reasonable price. So for me anyway they provided a good service and I have no complaints.

I should have checked the reiews on this company before placing my order.
Money was taken off but I recieved no email confirmation about receipt, progress and/or delivery of my order whatsoever.
Tried to call the number (0161 2499008) today, but - just like other reivewers said - no one picked up and my call was swiftly cut off.
I doubt this is a genuine company and I will report them to Trading Standards.
Do not use Buy Ink Cartridges!

I fell for this site too.
Placed order using PayPal, Pheewww!
The website is very crap - received an email to confirm my order but cannot view the order despite the site forcing you to create an account.
Tried calling the number on the website, but receive an automated response as "Corporate Express" and cut the call off.
Will lodge a Paypal dispute case as do not see the cartridges arriving.

The items did arrive but there has been no communication or order management on the website. No one to answer the calls. Poor customer experience.

I had not bought from this supplier previously and after reading these reviews I was a bit concerned. However, although I did not receive an emailed order confirmation, they did respond by email within hours after requesting an update on my order status and the cartridge was received just three days after placing the order.An invoice was included with the cartridge.

8/11/19 - UPDATE: Have received full refund after opening a dispute via Paypal. Case was found in my favour after seller failed to provide information. :-)

Received wrong cartridge. Have tried e-mailing and phoning to arrange replacement or return but unable to make contact. Phone number either goes unanswered or is contantly 'busy' and they have not repsonded to e-mail. Customer service is terrible!

Orded multi pack ink cartridges and discovered a TESCO label on the back. The label said .....may contain peanuts, sesame, milk etc! Looks like it was bought from eBay and they are selling it through there website. Tried emailing this company, but keeps returning back. Assume their email doesn't exist. Never will use this company again. Dodgy!

Bought a double pack of ink cartridges from Buy ink cartridges - although the packaging look authentic one of the cartridge wouldn't work as the connection strip didn't seem to line up. contact buy ink cartridges - no response what so ever.

Stay away if you don't want to waste your money
