I ordered ink cartridges 17th January and still haven't received my order I have emailed them 3 times yet still no ink cartridges even though they took my money would not recommend

First time using this company for my ink, I would not hesitate to use again and recommend. I had no problems from ordering to delivery.

I have used Value Shop for quite a few years now, and I really appreciate the range they have as it suits my printer needs very well, and at a fair price. When I place orders they come very quickly. Whenever I have had an issue (and obviously they will happen, as it's life) they always come back to me with a resolve and sort the issue out, I have never felt hard done by or let down from them as of yet.

i orderd a cannon combo pack ink cartridges when it arrived i only had a black ink cartridge i sent it back in november 2025 ive sent the tracking number no refund yet so people be aware of where you buy your ink from if something goes wrong this is what happens24th November

I have ordered regularly from this firm for my HP supplies and have always been happy with the service. The last time I ordered, the cartridges did not arrive and I queried this on the phone. The person on the other end apologised, said that they had received my money and confirmed my address but there had been a glitch in delivery. I confirmed my order with her and they were delivered less that 24 hours after the call. I think that is exceptional service and I will continue to use them for cartridge supplies.

So far Im not impressed.
Ordered some ink cartridges as a first time order to see if they were honest and reliable. Tracking ref indicated goods had been dispatched, but now appears they addressed the package incorrectly. Package returned by Royal Mail. I contacted them and they promised to check and get back to me. Im still waiting after having sent 2 subsequent emails asking for a prompt update. I'm Not happy with this business and unless they pull a rabbit out of the hat quick, I'm requesting a refund.

Ordered an imaging drum for a Xerox printer. Described on the firm's website as "In stock" but ended up taking 7 weeks to deliver. Poor to non-existent custmer service - no answers to emails, no updates on my order etc. A response was only forthcoming when I threatened to register the matter as a credit card dispute. Worst of all though was opening the box when the imaging drum finally arrived and finding inside an invoice (to Corporate Express UK Ltd. - ValueShop is a trading name) from an eBay seller for £95 (+ buyer protection fee and postage = £103.92) for which I was charged a total of £250.31 including delivery and VAT. Nothing illegal and more fool me, though no indication at any time that I would be getting an item which I could probably have myself brought via eBay at a much reduced price. Leaves a nasty taste. Will most certainly not be ordering from this company again.

Do not trust this "seller" !!!!...... Item never received, no reply to emails......had to get a refund from Paypal

I should have read these reviews before ordering... Bought over £600 worth of cartridges to export but never received an email confirmation. After writing several emails and trying to call they finally replied they would look into this. After a week no reply again despite having mailed again. Fortunately today I received a refund but no explanation was given why. Looks all strange and dodgy. Terrible customer service .

absolutely appalling customer service, i have chased them for 4 weeks for a refund on 1 cartridge and when i sent it back it doesnt go to a unit or similar it goes to a flat and im so glad i tracked it when i returned. cheap cartridges yes anything goes wrong or you need to return no help at all. im not sure all are genuine either even though it says they are, and you cant set up an account as their website is a cheap (not working) one that only takes orders, no contact no.s or customer care will connect!! BEWARE

I ordered HP InkJet Cartridges online from Value Shop. Best price I could find. The sale went as normal and payment was made by Paypal. And payment was confirmed by Corporate Express (UK) by email. All Ok. But there was no confirmation of the order by Value Shop or any detail about when it would be delivered. Phone calls to the two numbers on the Value Shop web site rang out unanswered. An email to their "customer service" emai was not answered or acknowleged. Now I was worried. But it was all sorted today. The Carts arrived! Lesson? Competitive prices - but forget about any customer support if you have a problem. I am not the first to report this.

One cartridge would not load as viable, sent back the complete package, all colours, I was promised the money back, provided all requested information, dec 2023 still waiting for replacement, have rung 3+ times and 3 emails now called ‘Buy cartridges’ buyer beware. I have used this company for years but now very wary!!!!

An absolute appalling customer services - I placed an online order which arrived very late then found they had sent the wrong order - now after numerous emails to customer services still no joy Buyers beware DO NOT buy from this company

You actually pay a high price for their competitive prices.
I will never be tempted by low prices again.
Terrible customer service! Very poor or no communication at all. You never know who you are talking to. No T&C's. No refund policy in place.
I purchased a few sets of ink. One month later, I returned the entire order back to them.
With no explanation, they issued a partial refund arguing that I sent only a part of the order.
They ignored my questions around their refund policy and T&C's.
They stopped replying to my emails.
Only after I contacted Trading Standards, they decided to transfer the remaining refund still accusing me of not sending the full order back.
Do not recommend!

Very good price for canon ink and quick delivery. Ordered and delivered two days later.

The Canon Pro Platinum photographic paper arrived five days after my order which was fine for me. The price of the paper was very good and probably the cheapest (including VAT and postage) compared to all the other sellers on the internet. I shall certainly be using the company again.

No communication I wanted returns and changed my order no answer for emails. I do not recommend this shop
