Can I have my money back I ddnt sign up for this I don't know anything about this party what what buy you keep debit money from my bank account

I originally had clicked on a promotion that was offering new set of lip glosses, all I needed to pay for was shipping but ended up on this company and the money that was meant to used for shipping was placed on some kind of card. Basically there was false advertisement and I wasn't aware of It nit being real. However when I emailed to complain the help I received was really lovely.

I am still waiting for my refund ,i have to pay my daughters medical bills with it,but the team promised me that they will refund me

Requested subscription to be cancelled following a misunderstanding and company have agreed to full refund.

Customer services was great very understanding and they said they will give me the Subscription fee as agood will gesture I await that

Ok this is a bit different. I never signed up to this site but had money taken from my account. When I realised this had happened I'd emailed buy for party to complain.. they obviously had to get to the bottom of what happened. And are now refunding me..
I am very happy as its nice to find a buisness that still has credibility these days
