Alero was quite helpful and swift in responding to my issue. I gave a four star because I am yet to receive my refund. It will definitely be a five star after I receive my refund.

Please solve the problem quickly

I do not understand the policy of this application, how should I write good things and details, and I do not understand what is the method of this company to refund money, is money fraud in this way or what? How does one answer good things without refunding money, and how should I give five stars for the service of dealing and I did not receive anything? Please keep your work, this is not the way platforms and companies that sell goods deal with it. Do not ask anyone to give you good opinions without refunding money and good service, and thank you
