Generally I have found your company…

Generally I have found your company quite proficient in delivering the purchase. The Order Form was easy to follow and quite attractive. However not when I went to the usual process to order. I found that the order form disconnected, and certainly not what I was used to. It took me vauable time to discover that my usual method of payment through a News Agent had now been clearly added to the order form and after going through the various icons I found one that said News Agent to my relief. I do not believe that this new Order form is better than the old one, but I will continue to use your company. I have NOT RECEIVED any email to advise me that the bitcoin has gone through into the wallet. IM CONCERNED ABOUT THIS AND NEED CLARIFICATION THAT THIS HAS BEEN DONE.THROUGH THE USUAL NOTIFICATION EMAIL THAT IS SENT TO ME.
