After initially working only with Shelf-Corps regarding a shelf corporation and funding-related program, I unexpectedly began receiving invoices and payment demands from a separate company called Business Paralegal.
I do not believe Business Paralegal’s role or the financial obligations they later claimed were clearly explained before payment was made. After I requested cancellation of the arrangement within days and disputed the charges, I continued receiving escalating invoices and collection-related communications connected to balances I did not believe I knowingly agreed to.
My concern is the lack of transparency regarding affiliated companies, escalating fees, and the nature of the obligations being asserted after I attempted to withdraw from the program.
