Without clearly explaining and leaving…
Without clearly explaining and leaving such conditions buried in the contract, I was given a ticket where my US flights were on a separate ticket from my Qatar business class ticket. As a result, I had to pay for luggage, leave the terminal and resubmit my luggage, and could not move flight to reduce layover.

Great service and great price when you book with BCC
I have used BCC on three occasions. Ann Bennett, my BCC agent, has been great to work with on the routing and prices. I had to make a last minute change on my rrcent trip to India. Ann helped me to make my changes with a minimum of extra charges. I’m planning another international trip and will definitely let BCC make my travel arrangements. One note- let Ann make your seat selections. She is amazing at getting the best seats.

Well worth the money to get business class at these prices
Had a wonderful experience with Business Class Consolidator. Anthony was my travel agent and
kept me informed about my trip. We did have some
problems but it was corrected. He was easy to work with and got us the schedule we wanted.
We did get a good deal for business class about
a 60% discount. No problems during the trip. It was
a trouble free flight and very nice. We will definitely
use them again. We will never go back to economy class with these savings.

Helpful initial representative in finding a reasonable flight fare. When there was a work stoppage in Germany, the company was immediately on it to reschedule flights for me. They dealt with all of the hassles and uncertainty involved and found a great alternate route/flights.

Seats on British Airways are tight for business class, but had no problems with my flight. I will use company again for overseas flights next year.

Horrible, no help at all. I ll rather do my own bookings than use y'all. Initial guy Niko was responsive but the person after him offered horrible services, not responsive when questions or issues arose!!
