After my tyre replacement on Tuesday, on Thursday I returned to get the ageing Battery replaced. On leaving Bush, after the tyre replacement, I noticed the spurious Skid Warning had disappeared and, in fact, during the computer interrogation carried out without charge on Tuesday, the Engineer had cleared the spurious code, as it was created by the battery, which was pleasant to discover. The battery replacement went as smoothly and efficiently as ever by this friendly team, and we were on our way fairly quickly. I will probably call in after Christmas to get the front N/S tyre replaced as, by then, it will be almost due. Pleased Bush are pretty much on our doorstep and provide such an excellent service.

Honest, fair, quick and efficient

I’ve never had bad service from Bush Tyres in Beverley! Today was no different as I rocked up at 4.45pm with a very flat tyre. They fitted me in as they always do and what was great is that the young man , Alfie, who was on Reception and learning the role, was welcoming, kind, friendly! The usual chap who is on reception is brilliant - always - and Alfie was equally as good! The team in there are a delight!!

We are on a short break in East Yorshire and was caught out by a steep 'sleeping policeman' just after we set out for a drive into the Wold Newton Triangle in the Yorkshire Wolds today, nasty noises began to emit from under the car so we found Bush Tyres on Google Maps and slowly drove their as the noises were noisier than our 2 grumbling Pugs on the back seat
Were greeted as we limped onto the forecourt,settled into reception, diagnosis made, faulty part ordered and arrived in good time
Efficient fitting in a timely manner. Comfortable waiting area with toilet facilities and access to hot drinks
Treated with respect at all times: Paul, you have a friendly and professional team who turned our negative start to the day into a POSITIVE. 10/10 all round
Our puggie ladies enjoyed the fuss from everyone too

We called into the Beverley branch as its local & Wesley was quick to offer to look at the tyres on my wife's car. He was amazed how good they were, going by the date on them. Although they were still depth legal I wanted to replace before winter. Within 45 minutes later 4 new tyres, valves & balancing the car was ready, at a good price too. Excellent service. Many thanks

I hardly drive my car and usually I do only for supermarket trips however I have recently started travelling long journeys for hospital appointments. Today I noticed something was not as it should and felt something coming from the front left wheel. When I stopped to check I noticed the tyre was in seriously bad condition, I was not even sure whether it was safe to go back home (another 50 mile drive). My luck was that after 500 meters I noticed a an establishment that looked like a car maintenance place - I just saw the word “tyre” on the signs on the side of the building and I stopped straight away. The staff in there were most helpful and accommodating! They accepted to replace my tyres (actually 3 of them needed attention!) immediately despite it being late afternoon and only a few minutes away from closing time. I cannot overestimate how relieving it was to know I could go home without the risk of big danger on the way back. Once home I checked when I last changed the tyres and found out that years ago (well before all the price increases due to dreadful inflation) I paid this type of service from a major chain considerably more than the amount I was charged today, in a crucial moment when I could have been taken advantage of! I cannot recommend this company highly enough, their staff in Beverly provided an excellent service: professional, honest and with a cheerful attitude at a time when I guess anyone is looking forward to being home. A huge thank you for saving my day and providing relief at a time that is already quite stressful.

Car went in as pre booked on time, friendly professional helpful,excellent customer liaison, will use again when needed. 4 tyres fitted balanced price as pre quoted almost a pleasure to pay for. 🙂🙂. (😂)
