Dreadful
This has to be the most dismal, boring, uninterested auction house in the UK. The auctioneer is so tedious, and reveals commission bids by regularly announcing "one more will win it". They withdrew two lots without any explanation whatsoever after I'd waited 6 hours to bid on them. And collecting purchases is a shambles! Rude staff. They truly treat their customers with complete contempt.
