Bid an old iPhone 12.
Seller mentioned that phone is unlocked for any carrier. upon arrival turned out the phone was carrier locked. I contacted buyjapon support with all proofs, they contacted the seller and got the phone unlocked in 2 days..

I would like to cancel my recent order because the estimated shipping cost is extremely high — in fact more than 4× the product price. I believe there should be a clear “Cancel” option available for cases like this. Please cancel my order, or provide me with a cancellation option immediately.

Also, kindly consider adding a visible “Cancel Order” button for future orders. Many buyers (like myself) change their mind when shipping costs are too expensive.

It seems like i had misunderstanding about how the bidding works, my apologies for that, to be honest they need to improve more on customers service because not everyone knows how it works and how to get the money back that people have deposit into YEN currency, buy they already replied to my email and i have asked for refund back my deposit money, it's very fun to get access online to bought item from Japan, and i hopefully they will refund back my money into my bank account. overall i will rate back my experience in TRUST PILOT because they have respond to my email, and now i I've asked for money back refund into my bank account because it was written in they policy that customer can ask for withdrawing back money from deposit.

I have bought hundreds of guitars from Japan from a competitor, and they always come in large boxes, with tons of padding. I wanted to try a new company, so I gave BuyJapon a chance. They asked me if I wanted to use their double boxing service, which I declined - They never once mentioned that they would be shipping this guitar from Japan to the US in one of those small, flimsy, triangle boxes. Additionally, they did not use nearly enough padding or support inside, so the headstock snapped in two places. They told me to make a claim with the USPS, which I did. I had to bring the guitar and box in to the Post Office for the claim. This claim was investigated, and they determined 'Insufficient Packaging' by the shipper, and denied the claim (My claim was only for a repair of the instrument at $190). BuyJapon was unwilling to compensate me, and proceeded to blame ME for not choosing to tell them to double box. AVOID them if you are concerned with any shipping issues, because they will leave you high and dry.
