Fantastic dog food, my ten year old Dalmatian loves it, he's a very healthy happy dog and has been on the chicken and brown rice biscuits since he was one .😁

I have always used wet and dry food for all my dogs over the years and they love it delivery good

Good service and prompt delivery. Giant and large breed dried food has kept my dog mobile sine she was diagnosed with arthritis and knee problems at 18 months. She is now 10 and is still doing well. Highly recommend Burns.

My dog has liked this food for ages, and I decided to buy it straight from Burns, as deliveries through Amazon especially resulted in a bag with much of the food reduced to crumbs. Very pleased with the food, and the delivert

Delivery service was great, to a point, on time but parcels left on doorstep in front of outward opening door. I tried for 2 days to send an email to Burns, tried 2 different addresses but would not send. I tried to phone but was consistently cut off as no advisors available!!
I received my 1st subscription and one of the trays was open and had leaked and of course it was the fish one, it stank. I put it in a bag & into fridge until I could contact but now will be binning it. I had to wipe other trays with an unscented antibac cleaner.
I have also discovered that it will be cheaper for me to use Amazon for the same products. Shame

I’m still waiting for my delivery a week after ordering. I’ve emailed burns and no reply. Not the usual service we receive to be fair and APC who deliver have had it at their depot for 3 days and not delivered it

Found just the food I had been seeking for ages (allergy and dietary issues) which was despatched exceptionally quickly and the dog loves it. Very good company to deal with.
